I am very disappointed with this companies service, on June 24,2014 is when my trouble started my central air started blowing hot air i called this company they came out i was charged over 500.00 dollars to have this problem fixed which it was but on June 27,2014 my air again started blowing hot air so i called for the 2nd time, now we get to the third which was on June 30,2014, the supervisor and i had a few unplesant words but they again sent someone out i informed that person that this would be the last time using this company because instead of telling me straight from beginning i would eventually need a new condensor they half assed fixed it and charged me and the last visit charged me over 100.00 dollars because of something he supposedly didnt see in the very beginning of this awful experience. From what i had to deal with i will not give this company a high rating. I have spent 729.92 dollars for this lesson.
Service man was not the expert he claimed to be unless his expertise is another field. Had him out to fix a leak issue. He told me after troubleshooting what was the issue and the cost to fix it. After moving forward he assured me the issue was fixed until the next day I noticed the same problem. He wanted to come back and charge me to do a completely different job for a larger fee. I rejected him and his company a d found someone else. The leak issue wasnt anything he said it was. Some expert he is smh. I would of waste money with him twice and still wouldn't have my problem solved
Worst A/C company ever. Stay away from this people. Their customer service is awful. Their techs do not know nothing about what they are doing. I bought a new unit from them less than a year ago and I'm still having issues with it. Unit is extremely loud. I had a 24 year old unit and it didn't make that much noise. Extremely disappointed customer here.
Charged me almost 400 Dollars for Freon on a unit that had leaks. They should have checked for leaks before adding the freon. In conclusion 2.5 weeks down the road freon was gone and I had to call a different company to fix the issue and add more freeon. They never responded to the warranty in the contract and responded with very poor customer service.
This is the biggest scam company ever people!!!! They have done it to everyone I know who have used them. They always over charge for simple things as to change a fuse box and steal your money before completing the job! I would really get someone to investigate this company. Liars!!! That's what they should be called 24 hour liars AC
TERRIBLE! They did not fix the problem and they damaged the floor and were rude. They would not take responsibility for the damage and they never did fix the problem. They said they would send a tech to come fix the problem again and said he was on the way. A no show. Still no ice maker plus I had to pay for the damage they caused. Hire someone else.
I cannot believe the lack of communication between manager and tech, this is by far the worse company I have ever seen. I don't recommend it to anyone. And the prices are insane.
If you want a job well done, go elsewhere. This has to be the worst company I have ever interacted with. Inept, inefficient and shady business practices fall short of a proper description; save yourself the trouble and just flush your money down the toilet vs hiring this company. I was ill advised from my very first appointment, given absurd estimates, after days wasted with mtiple follow up service appointments and endless calls ; I was offered zero solutions for the company's obvious lack of a proper assessment of work that was needed . My experience was a blatant lack of professionalism = multiple thousands of dollars learning experience
I just got out the phone with 24 hour air service. The dispact was extremely polite and helpful. Now I have a technician on his way as I type to come fix my a/c. Very grateful for the immediate help. Will have 24 hour air service start maintenance from now on. Thanks 24 hour!

Called for a specific service request and was told a price. When the tech arrived was told a much higher price. Tried the bait and switch.
Dont waste your time with this overpriced, lying company. Many other better options.
