Dr. HVAC

I submitted a request for my a/c late last night, and first thing this morning I was advised a tech would meet me at my home between 10am-1pm. Adam showed up a few minutes past 10am and was very professional, took time out to show me what was the issue. Fixed it for me, and gave me some tips to maintain the ac in optimal condition. Very very impressed. I even called the office as soon as he left to let them know they sent a very professional and knowledgeable tech. Thanks Adam!

We just had Chris come out due to our A/C not cooling our house down. We were expecting just a routine service, replenish the freon, etc. After a thorough inspection, we discovered that the last technician (NOT from Dr. HVAC) left our copper pipes touching and unfortunately melted them through causing a whole mess of issues. Chris informed us using photos and a detailed description what had to be done, and I trusted his opinion. Even though this expense was an unexpected one, I felt good knowing the job was done right. I highly recommend using this company, as it is rare in this business to have someone so knowledgeable with integrity to match.

They were like the third company I called to get an estimate on installing a new ecobee 4 thermostat. I attempted to install it myself, but realize that I could finish the job once I realized the layout of HVAC system. After calling and speaking with their friendly receptionist, I got an appointment the same day. The technician Chris was great and explained everything to me in great detail. I am very satisfied with the level of service and highly recommend them.

On the hot Friday afternoon, AC seemed not working well. Called Dr. HVAC for a tune-up service and the technician Richard came within an hour. He quickly identified the problem with the compressor. Luckily our AC compressor is still under warranty and they provided a good deal to replace the compressor and motor for us. Next Monday morning after a hot weekend without AC, the first thing came with Dr. HVAC to bring the AC live for us. Thanks for their professional work and would recommend for their service!

I called Dr. HVAC in Sunday at 7 PM with my issue and they answered my call and setup an appointment for the next day. They showed up first thing in the morning and resolved my issue right away. They did an awesome job and they are very reasonable. I am very grateful and I absolutely recommend this company anyone.

They were extremely professional and reasonably priced. From the time I called to the time they got here, 5 stars all around. My AC stopped working and they were able to repair it within an hour. I would definitely use their services again.

I Did not like the fact that the repaired the ac, then came to tell me what they did and that it was "$500 worth of work without consulting with me first letting me know what the issue was. I didn't even have the money to spare, since it was done what choice did I have? I think that was a part of the scheme.

Where can you get the help you need on a Saturday night when you’re AC goes out? I was faced with that very same question at about 9:00 tonight after returning from dinner. As the house inside temperature rose to over 80 degrees, I thank goodness that I found “Dr Hvac” via Google’s, very highly rated, recommendation. They kept me posted on their schedule to my house so I felt assured that they were on their way. Chris had all the “skills” and the “parts” necessary to get my family back to the comfort level that ensured a pleasant night’s sleep.
