Dr.HVAC staff were very professional, explained to us all the work that needed to be completed and their proposal to get it done. Once the scope was agreed, they were very efficient in completing the work. We highly recommend Dr.HVAC.

A/C unit was blowing hot. Called Dr. HVAC, Chris showed up within 2 hours. Repaired the issue amd now we are cooling down. Great company, highly recommended giving them a call.

Our AC stopped working last night and not blowing air. With my ederly mom visiting for the holidays, we needed to get this addressed asap. We called Dr.HVAC on New Years Eve morning, today, and Nadia was awesome, helpful, and understanding. Chris our Service Tech called and showed up less than 1 hour later. He was informative, educational, direct, and diagnosed the problem, the bad capacitor, very quickly! 15 minutes later AC up and running strong and a fair price for a holiday weekend! Clearly this company has customer service and integrity at their forefront. I was so impressed, I signed up for a maintenence contract while he was here! They will be our go to moving forward! Thank you Chris for being our hero today!

Last week the blade for our AC broke and we called around to see if we could get a same day appointment and though the idea of it seemed simple enough since we knew what was wrongn only Dr.HVAC was able to deliver with no hassle over the phone. The whole process was easy. Our technician was Chris. He came and made me aware that he was there to fix the A/C then had the job done in less than 30mins. He was friendly to my two little ones that were running upto him as I was trying to make the payment. I appreciate the fact that he didn't leave anything behind on the ground and recommended that we get our system serviced once a yr to keep it running smoothly.

Adam & Ken are great technicians & nice gentlemen. Having trusted home care is critical to me. After a few repairs, I asked Dr. HVAC for a preventative maintenance program to ensure proper upkeep by someone who knows my system long-term! I have had a few repairs with excellent fast service & a photo record of everything. They also care for my son’s house. Really superb service & I highly recommend them.
