Mechanical Cooling Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Second time I've used this company. I'm pleased with the service, the price and the professionalism. I think they are honest. When my AC wasn't working he could have said you need a new unit. What would I know. Romane, not sure how to spell the name, explained what was wrong how he could fix it, got to work and not problems now.

Ramone came out and informed us the piping on the unit was aluminum and could not be repaired. To replace the coil it would be $3500 or a new system for $5500. Had him add Freon which ran out on second day. On second opinion, our system has copper piping and is able to be repaired. Not sure if it is incompetence or if he was taking advantage, but buyer beware and get a second opinion. The owner was not helpful and told me she would never believe me and told me if my house is hot to go with the second opinion and good luck. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company. UPDATE: We went with the company who took 2 hours to fix and charged us $300.00 HUGH DIFFERENCE! Yes, we are the owners and I am sorry I wasted 187.50 on Freon, but thankful I got a second opinion which saved thousands. If I could attach the photo of the piping, I would. I thought you would respond with an apology and maybe speak with/train or investigate further, but your response was to tell me, “I’m being deceitful, to go with the other company and good luck!” and then hung the phone up which is why I went ahead and reviewed your business with the facts. Ramon was awesome. Trustworthy and much cheaper . Came out same day I called and fixed my air conditioning problem. He was honest too. Another company told me I needed a whole new system. They lied.

Ramone is nice, friendly and professional. He handled the licence, insurance etc with the HOA, I did not have to get involved. New ac unit great price comparing to other quotes I had. Highly recommended 👍

We had an A/C outage on a Sunday evening. We called Mechanical Cooling AC & Refrigeration. They promptly returned our call, and within 1 hour a technician was onsite addressing our A/C issue.
