I called needing someone to come check my air flow and possibly adding a couple vents. Adam showed up and was extremely professional. He took the time to explain my airflow problems and also what I would need to do to fix it. He also gave me some tips to maintain the A/C unit and filter recommendations. We were very impressed with him. Thank you Adam.

I would recommend Dr.HVAC to anyone trying to get a new air conditioning unit. They were prompt and all the staff members were very professional. This is a great guys, always ready to help. They installed 2 x 15 tons AC units in my office building, very fast, just in 2 days after initial payment. Professional and reliable. Highly recommend.

The absolute worst at diagnosing the real issue. The person that came by to diagnose my issue by the name Chris misdiagnosed my issue twice and on two separate occasions and led me to spend a fortune.

On his first visit he cane by and diagnosed my ac unit and acceded that my condenser was dirty and needed cleaning. After he left I had my unit professionally cleaned.

After about 1 week I had called him back to re-diagnose the issue. He made up a story and continued to say the unit was filthy and needed clean and needed a new motor as the system was freezing up due to both these issues. He said that he can replace the condenser unit outside for a price with a used unit. I decided against him doing the work.

I completely took his word and went with getting a newer unit installed. After spending a small fortune on the new unit, this new person installing the unit found the true issue with the unit being only a small $100 part that would take 10 minutes to replace.

Wish I never with with this company. Would have save almost $1200

Dr Hvac and Chris (the owner) were recommended by a knowledgeable friend for my A/C problem. Chris came out to do the job himself and was totally prepared. He had the parts and the knowledge to quickly fix my unit and get us cool again! And at a reasonable price too! My AC suddenly stopped cooling. Did a Google search and found these guys with excellant reviews and fair pricing. Contacted them thru texting and the response was immediate. They would have sent a technician the same day but I did not get back to them immediately so one was scheduled for early morning next day. The technician Chris S. called me 30 mins before like they said he would, arrived on time and went thru my AC system efficiently explaining in detail what was being done and the possibilities of what could be the problem. I appreciated the explaination and it ended up being low on Freon. Chris discussed other possible situations and their ballpark pricing which I appreciated. My AC is working perfectly..Chris was professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for all my AC needs eventhough my unit is only 4 years old. Thank you Mr HVAC for such a positive experience.

These guys are awesome. Professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Chris showed up on time the same day I called when my unit stopped blowing cold and repaired it on the spot.
