I have used Ice C Cool for my main HVAC unit and also for a split air conditioner for the garage-office. They are professional, nice and fairly priced. We also use them for our yearly maintenance. It’s a blessing to find a company you can trust . Highly recommended

( A leading A/C advertiser had earlier in the day insisted I needed a completely new, costly system installed.)

My Ice-C technician simply advised me my A/C motor had died and he would immediately install a new one....and ZOOM! my A/C was on, operating perfectly in no time!

We used Ice C Cool to install insulation in the attic and garage of our house. Rick stopped by the house and explained what was needed in terms of the number of bags required to reach an R30 level for the surface area of the house which turned out to be correct. He scheduled the work for a day alter. He was courteous on the phone and very patient in answering all my questions and concerns. The crew he sent to do the work were highly competent and quite friendly. They did an outstanding job and the price was far below the competitors that I had reached out to before calling Rick, Bottom line, a great company, outstanding work, and lowest prices. Highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. On two occasions I have had AC issues that required their methodical process of elimination to find the problem. They didn't start throwing parts at it first like some other places that just like to run up the bill. Communication was great, their technicians are great, I'm happy giving them my business.

We replaced the handler which is in the attic and the compressor a couple of days ago. We also added a return in the master bedroom. My husband and I are very pleased with the end result. We decided to go with this company after having several companies come out to give us quotes. Ice-C-Cool Mechanical was the most reasonabley priced and they installed a quality brand not some knock-off brand. We were given a quote Wednesday and by 10:00am the next day they were here. I received a call from the office to let me know the crew was on their way, nice. I appreciated the heads up. I was surprised when the owner of the company (Rick) arrived with his crew. To me it shows he cares about his customers. They were on time, professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company. We will be using them for maintenance from here on out.

My A/C stopped working. I called Ice C Cool. They sent someone out within 2 hours. I was told that my fan motor was broken. The serviceman confirmed that the motor was still under factory warranty. He removed the motor and installed a "generic motor." He came back a few days later with the Rheem motor to swap it out with the "generic motor." All work and services were performed perfectly and to my satisfaction. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Very fair price too. You can trust these guys. Great job Marlon. Thank you.

My old AC unit finally gave out on a Saturday and it was brutally hot so I called them on recommendation that night and left a message. They called back on a Sunday and had the entire AC system replaced by 1:00pm Monday. The owner Rick would always text back promptly when I had any questions. I received a quality Rheem system at a very good price. Was totally satisfied with the entire experience.

I have been relying on Ice-c-Cool for all my a/c and refrigeration issues for many years and can vouch for their high level of expertise, honesty and profesionalism. Owner Rick and his top team are awesome!! Thank you for your dedication to your craft!

Hired Ice C Cool to repair an intermittently running AC System. They sent 7 men in 4 trips and charged 375.00...problem not fixed...wouldn't return calls. After 4 attempts to repair my AC system, they apparently gave up. During their supposed repairs they replaced my thermostat and a capacitor and balanced the freon. None of these steps fixed the problem. I have left 3 messages on their answering machine and sent a hard copy letter requesting either they fix it or refund my money. On July 28th 2015, the system refused to blow cold air at all, so I was forced to get another repair company. This other company came in a few hours after my call and had my system working better than it ever has in just over 3 hours. This technician had discovered that Ice C Cool had not wired the new thermostat correctly. On top of that, the repair was the same one Ice C Cool did in June of 2014 (replace the blower motor).
UPDATE: After a few months and me sending them a copy of the successful repair by another company, Ice C Cool did refund the funds for their unsuccessful repair.

Such a great company! Always makes time for our residents and has great prices! I've used them many times for my rentals and my personal residence and they are always on time, commutative and offer great value! Your get more than you pay for!
