D&D/Rocket installed the AC in my new home 8 years ago. I kept up their semi-annual maintenance program, only to learn D&D/Rocket did not properly register the unit. And now that an aluminum condenser is leaking Freon, I am told the repair is not covered, because they did not properly register the unit. The $3,500 they wanted to repair is unacceptable. Their quotes for a replacement unit were inflated at least $2,500!!! Given the circumstances, the $120 charge for the service call (for which they did nothing) is unacceptable. D&D/Rocket just lost my business.

Firm purchased our former AC company 6-7 months ago. We were never advised. We had service agreement with firm that was purchased. Technician came on time called ahead of time and fixed issue within 20 minutes. However bill was for $220 with no consideration for passed relationship or service agreement. Very disappointed with pricing given issue addressed. Will consider other provider moving forward
