Although our air conditioning unit was not repairable, he looked at the details and gave us a realistic report of obtaining a new one. He was a seasoned serviceman with experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our unit was blowing hot air, not cold air. The first technician said our new thermostat was not working and a separate appointment was needed to install a new one. We purchased another new one. The second technician took the time to check everything with the thermostat already installed. He checked all the wiring in the thermostat and the unit. He fixed an internal setting in the thermostat and now it works perfectly. The time he took saved us the cost of a second new thermostat (we can return the one we just purchased). He also took the time to explain to us exactly what was wrong and how it was fixed.

*Update*
My new Trane HVAC unit is installed and up and running! The installation guys were professional and polite, worked methodically and efficiently. This system is the bomb and I'm curious how my electric bill will be with this already efficient system. The old system had to be turned down to 70 to keep the place comfortable. This new one, 74 feels like the old 70! Yepper! Smart decision with the help of Rocket Cooling!

Only great things can be said about our experience today. When we telephoned Rocket Cooling, they were incredibly responsive. Jerry arrived very soon after the call and was very polite and extremely competent. Jerry was able to identify the problem very quickly and was able to make the repairs. The whole experience with Rocket Cooling was quite pleasant.
