You have got to me kidding me, right? Your guy came out and didn't have a clue about what is going on. He said he would call Carrier and get their take on the situation and call us back. It has been at least a month and I haven't heard one word from him. We will be calling someone else to take care of our problem. We have heard bad thinks about your business and bow I understand what people have been saying!

I had purchased a service agreement last year. My air conditioner was supposed to be serviced twice a year, I was told that I would be contacted for a service person to come out. That never happened so this repair today could have been avoided had they kept their word. I'm told that they bought out another company, in my opinion that still doesn't relieve them from previous commitments. Those should have been honored. However, having said that I do want to say that they were very timely in getting out here to get the air conditioner fixed. The service man was polite and respectful. So I have no problem with the actual job they did or the service just the fact that my service agreement for routine maintenance was not honored as it should have been so I felt that I should have been given a discount or something in good faith on their end for not keeping their end of the agreement for this maintenance.

Emmanuel completed our six month service. He was professional and thorough. Highly recommend him as we were very pleased with his quality of service.

Showed up quickly when our air conditioner broke. Ryan was very responsive and we feel confident that we will get excellent customer service for years to come.
