Rocket Cooling

Junior Torres was the technician for my six-month maintenance today. He was within the two-hour window assigned and he called when he was 15 minutes away. He followed the procedures for the usual maintenance and patiently answered my questions. I will ask for him again.

New Trane 2 ton system and ductwork installed 2 days after I called. The guys were gone and air was blowing cold by the time I got home from work. Financing process was pretty easy also

Emmanuel always does a great job. He's respectful, knowledgeable and professional.

Installed a new AC system in my home. They were timely, professional and answered all my questions during the installation process. i would highly recommend Rocket Cooling.

Both techs that came out were pleasant and professional and very personable! They explained what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed, gave us our options and came back a few days later when the part we needed was in. Took less than an hour to replace the part and had us up and running in no time! We are very happy with Rocket and will continue using them in the future! We are first time home owners and this was the first major thing to happen to our home and Rocket made it easy! Thank you Shameekah for always answering the phone and being pleasant and helpful and thanks to Junior and Rolly for getting us running again!

Junior Torres was an A+++ I want him every time I need service. No one else so very Thorough. He was very respectful of my house calling you don’t know my husband and I both agreed thank you rocket cooling for sending out such a great professional worker.

On November 1, 2022 they sent a fellow over to look at replacing the ductwork under my home after hurricane Ian’s storm surge flooded the ductwork. He said they would call me in the morning but I never received a call, and today is April 19, 2023. That more than 6 months. The young guy from this company said it looked tight under there. I guess the job was too hard for them. A 67 year old guy did the job, it wasn’t too hard for him. I had them check my hvac unit in the past, but now I know if there is real work to do they won’t do it.

Prompt and timely response to a service request. Texted to let me know the technician was on their way. Completed the job quickly.
