Highly recommend Rocket cooling! First time customer and now a customer for life. Extremely satisfied with every aspect of the service provided to my ac unit. A special thumbs up to Red, our service technician, he was great!! He was extremely professional and technically proficient at his craft. He briefed me and kept me at ease from start to finish. A job very well done. Thank You!!!

Eloy was very nice, friendly, etc. Showed up 4 hours before time frame given to me when I made the appointment.
However, I did not feel he was as thorough as some of the other technicians..., namely, the last one that came to our home 6 months ago...

Rocket cooling has been great. The issue wasn’t completely solved the first time and they were more than happy to come back and adjust some more to get my AC running properly and in a prompt manner. Very happy with the service and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

Our AC was inop during the recent heat wave. We contacted Rocket Cooling and they sent a technician same day. He arrived and promptly diagnosed and repaired our unit. We were back up and running in less than an hour. The technician was courteous and professional. Definitely recommend this company

Very disappointed of the customers service! Lying the customer just to get extra $20-$30 its NOT OK . They give you one price over the Phone Then they charge you whatever they want. To charge customer $188 for tune up on AC unit is RIDICULOUS! Shame on YOU!!! Fore the same work company charge $70-$80 I use them for my business needs and i decided since i am a customer already to ask if they can check the AC in my house. i call and they give me a price, it was a little bit more from other companies but i decide to go with them since they are taking care for my store. This is Not how you treat Loyal customers . Well they just Lost One more customer !

Rocket maintenance techs identified poor performance in equipment for which the warranty would have expired in two months. That enabled me to replace that equipment for labor cost, only. The installation tech not only performed the service at the contract price, he identified additional problems with the system and corrected them on his own initiative, at no additional charge. Great job. I would highly recommend Rocket, which I have done in the past, with glowing feedback.

The clerical staff was very helpful. Cody, the repair person, was excellent. He immediately found the issue, patiently explained it, and fixed it within a half hour. He was down-to-earth and very professional. They responded within 5 hours of my request and had clear reasonable prices. He fixed the 2002 system and gave me straightforward advice for the future. This is a trustworthy and safe company.

I had a routine service appointment scheduled, but I have been having AC issues. When I explained the issues, I don't feel the technician listened to me. He said the unit was fine. It may be fine, but I don't think it is normal for an AC unit to leak and turn off 2-3 times a week.

We very much appreciate Rocket Cooling and have had a great experience with them for 2 years now, since moving to Cape Coral. They are professional, responsive and their techs are knowledgeable. We highly recommend their yearly maintenance package as well.

Ryan was assigned to help us when our ac stopped working. I called on a Friday night and he returned my call within a few minutes. He was so courteous, and flexible. He came out and made the repair. Ryan did a great job and knew exactly what was wrong. He had the part and efficiently completed the repair. I would recommend him highly and was so appreciative of the professionalism and attentiveness. Absolutely great experience and highly recommend.
