Another excellent job by Rocket Cooling. Our AC when out after hours I placed a call to the office. And received a call from the on call tech Mr. Jerry within 10 minutes of my call to the office. He diagnosed the problem and had us back up and working in short order.
Very pressed with the service.

This was hands down the best service I've received thus far. They sent a text letting me know when the technician was on his way. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and so quiet you barely knew he was there. Great value for the cost. We will continue using their services in the future.

They came out on a Sunday evening. The problem was a thermostat. The charge was $550 for the cheapest thermostat money can buy, and the weekend service fee.
Problem was he leaves and the problem isn’t fixed, so he has to come back on Monday. I wanted the exorbitant weekend service call refunded seeing as the problem wasn’t fixed, and he had to comeback on a week day to fix it. They said no. I found myself a new HVAC company.

They came when they said they would and did a great job on installing and cleaning up. Price was also very reasonable, Ryan the sales/ service guy is great to work with
