When our AC unexpectedly went out, Robert quickly laid out all of our options and explained everything so that we could make the best decision for our situation and budget. When we pulled the trigger, he was able to schedule us right in and finished the entire job in one day. Everything worked out amazing and the workmanship is top class. Would definitely use again!

Amazing work ethics, honest, especially in today’s society. They were here when they said they would be and had our old system dismantled and removed and replaced in record time! The owner came back and looked over, inspected it to make sure his team did it correctly. This company knows how to do air and how to treat their customers. They even cleaned up their mess and swept up the kitchen walkway where they had to go in and out repeatedly! Thank you Team American Air services!

As a seasonal home owner it's hard to find reliable repair services when things go sideways. We recently installed a new ac unit. We had a friend who to his credit got us most of the way there. We ran into trouble with the thermostat. Luckily for us AAR was right next door at our neighbors. Robert agreed to look at our issue. He came right over and with a click and a little tweaking 5 minutes later and it was finished! Only then did we find out Robert was the owner. He had originally told us the charge was $89. He waived the charge and explained where we had run into the problem. Needless to say he is our Ac Guy for yearly maintenance and repairs!

Called due to my AC continuously freezing up, he came out last minute around 6 PM same day, which I thought was impressive due to the fact that it was already halfway through the day when I had given a call. Extremely friendly, and what I respected most was that he was a straight shooter and just said what it was rather than beating around the bush or trying to penny pinch and get more money from us. I ended up needing a new hvac system which he quoted me for, however at this time we're unable to afford that amount so he was able to assist us with getting our home cooled with the current hvac system we have. Highly recommend and will definitely use moving forward.

I highly recommend American Air, they got with us immediately and completely replaced our AC as well as upgraded our thermostat. Alongside being speedy and hardworking they saved us thousands of dollars compared to a few other businesses we inquired.

Came out for an estimate. Their knowledge sets them apart from all others. Was told it would be a 2 day job as we were doing new duct work for an addition as well as regular install. They would be onsite between 8 and 9am. 7:58am, they pulled in ready to go. They went above and beyond staying late to complete the install in 1 day.

Bubby and his team were Great!! Stand up guy! Answered all my questions and explained exactly what was happening throughout the processes. Which helps understand the work being completed.

In this day an age when it’s hard to get a straight answer…Rob was very honest and upfront…quoted me at 6pm on Wednesday and the job was done by noon the next day ..hard to get that turn around time in this day an age.. Omar and “the FSU Fan” were professional, polite and courteous and worked non-stop to get the job done! At the end of the day they went above and beyond and I’d recommend them to friends, family or any stranger looking for a solid company. Thanks guys!
