American Air Repair

Our 15 year old AC unit wasn't keeping up to the temp it was set to and had a leak somewhere which caused the coils to freeze, which then caused an excess of water buildup on our floors daily. Called American Air Repair Tuesday night, scheduled for them to come out and asses the situation Wednesday and w FL summer quickly approaching we found out our system was DONE! My next worry was how long we would have to wait to get the new unit installed because........ I don't do the heat! Here we are Thursday afternoon and the installation of the new unit is already done! Talk about getting things done! Rob and his crew were here bright and early this morning to get the job done. I'm already freezing! I've never felt my AC blowing from the vent while sitting on the couch but, boy do I now. Thank you guys so much for your service! You can't even tell they were here because their clean up was impeccable. If you're looking for an honest AC company, STOP! You have found the right place!

I called American Air because a close friend of mine just had their system replaced and recommended the company. Robert came out same day and took the time to talk to me about the options for my space and budget because my system was done and very outdated. He answered all of my many questions and gave me his professional opinion. He wasn’t pushy; he told me he’d install or do whatever I wanted and gave me my quotes. We decided on a mini-split system and it was installed very neatly. Robert hauled my ugly, old broken down condenser away. He also covered my old HVAC filter space so that there would be no drafts coming from the attic. Thank you for the professional, prompt, and down to earth service.

My man really came out again after making him wait almost two years to take care of my mini split, he gets the job done and does it right the first time, and is really fair with his prices, I'm using his company for all of my AC issues

My AC stopped working on a Friday afternoon. Called and spoke to the owner. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, then showed up personally within 2 hours and had the repair completed.

They were quick to respond to my online request and came to do a free estimate within hours. Another company came and quoted to repair our unit and to replace it. These guys beat both their quotes by a mile! They were on time, friendly, informative, and professional. Highly recommend!

Great experience and will definitely call them next time I have A/C issues. Was able to come out same day, arrived 15 minutes early, fair pricing, and fast work. Within 30 minutes of arrival I had cold air again. I had a hard time believing the replaced part was as expensive as I was told so afterwards I looked it up and to my surprise it was spot on. They don't even overcharge parts like so many companies do to make an extra buck. Would give 6 stars if I could.
