I called regarding the need for replacement of a/c units in a 3000ft building. The owner Robert responded quickly and arrived to assess the need the same day. He was professional, knowable, informative, and provided a very competitive estimate the very same evening. I believe his 5 star rating in Google has been earned through good, honest, professional service. Something we don't see much today. Thank You Robert!

Can not recommend American Air enough!!! When our AC went out we called, right around close of business... Robert took the time to walk us through a few diagnostics, while he waited on the phone. He didn't rush us or even act like it was an imposition, at all. Even though it was late and his schedule was slammed, he found a way to work us in and was headed to our house, within the hour!! How fabulous was that!?! American Air will be our first call, in the future, for any of our AC needs.

AAR is a TopNotch company that believes in serving the community and having fair pricing. Customer service and workmanship is very noticeable. The owner Robert, has a high moral standard. OMAR IS VERY knowledgeable and pleasant. Kenny the helper made sure work area's were cleaned.

AAR is the BEST!! We just bought a house not knowing we had a dangerous problem going on with our AC unit. Called AAR and Robert was at our house in an hour and diagnosed the issues. He told us him and his crew could be back the next morning to fix the issues. They were here on time and fixed all the issues at a great price. Robert we can’t thank you enough for the great service from you and your staff. The two gentlemen that did the repairs were very nice and professional. Robert and Omar were great! They were quick to respond to my request for help, arrived on time, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, worked with me and broke it all down in detail for the ac ignorant (me lol). I've had many ac repairman come help me in the past 7 years yet none compared to this team. Happy to say that I found my forever AC repair team for future maintenance and repairs!
