Of the qualities I can add here, it’s a shame “honest good fair human” isn’t there so I’ll do it myself. Last summer, I had the pleasure of working with Robert on his own personal project(s). He paid me very reasonably and always on time. As fate would have it, late in August my home A/C stopped working and the temperature climbed. Oh well, I figure I’ll give American Air the money back I earned from them. A quick phone call to Robert had me troubleshooting the problem and it was a simple maintenance issue. Probably a 5 minute phone call and then he followed up in an hour to make sure I was cooling down. HE WOULD NOT LET ME PAY HIM!!! I went to work for him a month or so later on a small project and had to fib about my hours just to be even. It doesn’t matter which house I own or where I’ll live, American Air Repair will be the ONLY company that ever works on my stuff! Even if I have to bribe Robert and Ashley to a steak dinner to work out of their service area! Simply the best in Polk County and I’d even say Florida!

I never leave reviews and this is my first time ever leaving a review on any platform ,I had to make an exception for Rob and his team. Long story short I got screwed over and closed on a house with the promised repairs not being done. Rob came over and opened the system and it was covered in mold and an inch thick of dust as shown in the pictures attached. I have a pregnant wife and a two year old and now I’m left with a broken ac and an unlivable house. Rob did the diagnosis one day and fixed and cleaned everything the next. He earned himself a lifetime customer and an unlimited amount of referrals from me. If you want someone to treat you right as if you were their family member look no further.

We had to replace a unit on our new/used home purchase. AAR was very responsive when completing our estimate, arrived when they said they would to install and got the job done in a professional manner. Every time we reach out with questions or a problem, they are very quick to respond and will send out a tech if they feel something may be needed. Highly recommend

I found American Air Repair through a Google search. I was impressed by the 5 star ratings so many people had given them but still I was slightly skeptical. One phone call with a short visit later and I was happy I made the call. My A/C was completely replaced and everything hauled away in a couple of hours. All for a reasonable cost. The crew came and they were all friendly and business like. I highly recommend Robert and American Air Repair.

Excelent service! Rapid response, honest, and gets the job done! We contacted another company at first (one of the big ones) and what a headache! I contacted Robert after for a second opinion and he responded within 2 hours! American Ac Repair is a fantastic company!!! My ac went out Monday and I messaged American ac repair the next morning through google… Robert got back to me in less than 10 minutes… I have two young kids in the house and he put us at the front of the line that morning… He diagnosed the problem and had our ac back on in 30 minutes!!! If you need HVAC services, please do not look any further. I came home from several doctors appointments to my house 90* and since I had used AAR in the past I called to see if they were available to come see what was going on with my units. Unfortunately for me, they were not at the moment, BUT Robert was helping me troubleshoot everything he could and walk me through step by step to narrow down what could be wrong with my units. Robert and Ashley came over afterhours to make sure my unit was safe due to the process of elimination he had me do on the phone, and thank goodness they did because what he suspected was right....my outside box had caught on fire! He made sure my family and I were safe for the night and then came back the next day to replace the entire box! Safety, compassion and fairness is what they are all about.... you just don't find that anymore these days so I'm thankful to have found them when I did a year ago 🇺🇲🙏
