Family owned company that cares about the customer. Very professional with what they do. Can’t beat their prices! I got a second opinion from them for my installation of my 2 AC units and they offered me the best price! Other places will try to rip you off. The owner is honest and keeps you updated with the job. I’m glad I didn’t have to sell an arm and a leg to pay other companies.

American Air Repair LLC was very professional from start to finish! They arrived in a timely manner and had excellent customer service, even with our difficult situation. Our old air unit was originally installed wrong. American Air Repair LLC went above and behind with correcting and installing our new unit. This company’s employees kept our needs in mind throughout the entire process. Especially since the owner himself was so involved in the process, it made us feel important. We've used them a few times so far, twice for maintenance, and once recently because we had to get our whole AC unit replaced. They had a spot open, and were there within a couple of hours (had to pick up the new unit), and had it changed out that day. Their work was quick and clean, and we had a nice comfy house to sleep in that night.

American Air Repair has put a little more faith and trust in the trade industry. Robert was helpful, responsive and trustworthy. I will definitely be using this company's services again.

Robert thoroughly walked me through troubleshooting my unit right away! He even offered to come out ASAP to make sure we did not go without A/C. The repair was done very quickly and we were back up and running before we knew it. Very fair pricing! Would recommend.

I would trust this person to do my work again. He was very professional, the price was more than fair, and I did get other quotes, the price was comparable or a little better than the others. They came out the next day with my new central AC unit. It was installed and working the same day. They cleaned up and were very respectful of my house. Do not hesitate to call them. We had some issues with our HVAC unit on our newly purchased home in Zephyrhills. My Mother in Law used AAR and recommended them to help us out as we had used a few companies in the area and either had issues with service or price. Robert came out and explained what he could do for us. He laid out all the options and didn't sugar coat or try to sell me. We ended up opting for a new unit as opposed to the continuous Band-Aids for our old system that was reaching the end of it's lifespan. I reached out to Mr. Robert Kinney after a recommendation from the real estate agent that assisted me with buying a house. I called him after hours and he offered to come by the house first thing in the morning, and at the same time offered to help me navigate through the AC system myself, just in case it was a minor fix.

After walking me through the system, and explaining what the issue was, I was able to bring the unit back online. Any other company or tech would have waited and probably exaggerated the issue in order to make a quick buck off me.
