My Ac Solution LLC, Lake Alfred FL

I’ve been having issues with my AC unit for the past 2 weeks. I won’t name the company that was servicing it but they came out to put Freon in the unit twice within a matter of one week. Called them again to let them know the unit was not cooling and was told I was exaggerating. My friend and coworker said I need to call Jorge at My AC Solutions. Called and Jorge was able to squeeze me in. Within 30 minutes he was at my house and done with a complete diagnosis including the exact issue.
He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Walked me through what he was doing and what the solution was. I would highly recommend him and his team!!!!

My AC wasn't cooling but my system wouldn't turn off. It was late on Friday afternoon so I wasn't sure how long it would be until I could get someone here. I talked to Jorge from My AC Solution and he told me that he could be here within an hour. He said that I had a leak in my coil and the best thing to do was get a new AC unit. I recently lost my husband and have health issues so I definitely couldn't do it right then. He filled it with coolant but told me he couldn't guarantee how long it would last. So far it has worked and hopefully it will for awhile. I'm very thankful for Jorge explaining and showing me everything. I especially appreciate how fast he got here.

When our AC u it went out I went on Angie's list and Jorge from My AC was the first person to call
He set up a time and arrived early
He made my wife and I comfortable from the moment he Started talking to us. He made us a good Deal on replacing our AC unit which they did the next day. Again arriving early then the appointment

All of these guys (Jorge, Luis, and Randy) from the Lake Alfred office are great. They are related (brothers and cousins), and the family did great work . Yes, the price was reasonable. Especially for an emergency situation and a weekend. Jorge was back out on Sunday to check the work and thank us for our business.

Of course it was a dark and stormy night when this started. OK, not really, but it was late on a Friday and it was Florida-June hot. Our AC had not been working right, and it seemed difficult to get the temperature down. We called a couple of people, and My Ac was the first to respond. Jorge called and was out Saturday morning.It took him about five minutes to diagnose the problem - a failing motor controller. He explained the repairs needed, but we opted for a replacement for the whole system. By 3:00 that afternoon Luis and Randy were there, and bu 5:30 we had the system working.

Jorge was very nice and respectful. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing for me. Also explained some maintenance I can do for my AC system as well. I would highly recommend Jorge and this business.

I am very pleased with the service provided by My AC Solutions and the awesome technician Jorge Sandoval. He is very professional and knowledgable. My air stopped working on a Wednesday evening so, I had to get it fixed that day since it was such a hot day I had to call to get it running again. My AC Solutions sent a tech who came in within less than an hour and resolved the problem I got my air working within same evening. I am so grateful. For sure, if I need to replace the AC unit or urge any kind of repair I will call this company.Thank you very much.

My AC went out on 6/29/2022 called all over to the "24/7 Emergency" places and not one company would or could send anyone out. Spent a very warm night and not sleeping. Called My AC Solution the first thing on 06/30/2022 and Christian was here by 9:30 in the morning. He replaced the fan/blower motor and I had cold air by noon! Amazing job! I think having AC is a luxury we fail to see until it's not there. Thanks again and MY AC Solution will be my go to for future needs.

Jorge and his team are the best. He has helped me out with two houses I own and has helped my family members as well. He is a family owned business and treats everyone like family and explains everything with great detail as he truly cares about his customers and understands that each person is a walking billboard so he always does his best to accommodate me.
