Jorge came out initially and was great. Christian came out and installed a new coil system in my air handler unit. Did a great job and was extremely friendly and informative. Recommend these guys very much.

Jorge was very professional. I called him at 3pm and 6pm he was at my residence. His prices are extremely affordable. Jorge loves what he does and he is not looking to over charge anyone. He is very knowledgeable to say the least. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. I am definitely a satisfied customer. I will be calling Jorge for any further AC/thermostat related issues, if any.

The customer service that Jorge provided was professional and informative. He arrived within the hour of my phone call and explained to me each step as he was working. Jorge was quick to called within minutes even though it was after 6 pm. He explained in details what needed to be done, showed backup/proof for his recommendations and scheduled the work for the very next day, which was awesome because the A/C wasn't working at all and it probably was about 90 degrees (another hot day in Florida). The work started as scheduled, clean and professional...was pretty impressive on how meticulous and organized Luis was throughout the 4 hours it took to replace the concrete slab to installing both outside and inside units. My thermostat start giving us issues around 900pm. By 800am next morning I called My AC Solutions requesting service, 2 hours later they were on my house. Jorge is the best!!! This company is the absolute best. Jorge was at my house in less than 1/2 an hour. You can’t just get service like that anywhere. He is honest, friendly and only does what is needed. I recommend him to anyone needing service, a new unit, emergencies basically all of your cooling needs. To top it off, he is just a great person in general! I felt bad because he even ripped his pants crawling around under the house and laughed about the extra air flow. He will always have my business! Thanks again for everything.
