We are a vacation home management company, and have been working with Star Air for a while. They provide very good service and respond quickly. We can't survive summer without Star Air. Thank you!!

They were straight up with me and didn’t try and up sell me to a more expensive option, which to me is the mark of an unscrupulous contractor and which I personally find tiresome. Fixed my existing unit promptly and painlessly. Good bunch of people.

I have used Star Air Conditioning for my business and residence for years. They are very responsive, professional and very fairly priced. I give them 5 stars all the way.

He couldn’t figure out the real issue but tried to sell a new pool heater. Then realized it was not the pool heater and said it was the control panel now, but the office called me a week later, not him, to let me know that he couldn’t find the part. I had to pay again another company to diagnose the issue accordingly.

Update review 3 years later: Still one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. Been using them about 3 years now and they are great and honest people. They have been to 2 of my houses about 3-4 times and its always a great experience. Cannot recommend them enough.

This place is amazing. Larry JR has been by far the most helpful person in the AC industry we have called. They come out fast and always come out when they promise. They are very upfront, kind, and honest people. Larry JR I appreciate the time you took today to sit and explain everything to us and the compassion you showed towards the situation. Star has managed our personal and residential AC needs for the last 3 years. When a rental system failed this year they were able to replace it the next day which made for a happy tenant. They have always treated us fairly, and even brought a elect tester and the failed part to the door to show me why they needed to replace the part on a recent service call at our home. Very nice people, and good service

This is an excellent HVAC company. It's techs not only perform expert installations, services and repairs but, as a courtesy, also recommend ways in which its customers can save energy costs.

I had a water leak from my ac platfrom area star came in fixed the problem and when ever I have a issue they come asap same day always friendly and professional. Would recommend them to everyone.
