Excellent service 👏. Repair was done today and very happy so far. Patrick was very efficient and professional. Work was done in a timely manner. I chose this company because it was a family business. I fully support small locally owned businesses. Thanks to Roxie, Jacob, and Patrick.

Recently my bathroom ceiling started leaking (again) due to cracked copper line, which carried water from the AC condenser. This line was going through the space between 2 floors, and the only way to check that was by cutting a hole through the ceiling. In 2020, another AC repair company did the same work, and they fixed the crack on the copper wire (by welding) and costed me a lot of money. This time (in 2022), Jason identified the issue and provided the best solution, to abandon that line which goes through the ceiling, and create an alternate route for the AC drain. This involves less expense for me as well as more peace of mind (no need to cut ceiling in future. drywall cutting and fixing was a lot more expensive than AC repair itself).

Jason and Patrick were extremely professional and friendly and explained everything in detail. They definitely keep the best interests of customers, and will be my default AC repair company in the future.

Also Roxy, over the phone, was another warm person to be mentioned for sure.

I called them on Thursday afternoon and they were out to my place less than 24 hours later. Patrick came out and was friendly and professional. He finished the job quickly and even though he said it would take a couple hours for the temperature to come down, it already feels cooler in my house! I think Patrick worked some kind of magic! Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do, I’ll definitely be asking for Patrick at William Air!

Sunday morning freeze was just a breeze. Going above and beyond is just the standard for these pros. Been with the Willman Air Family for almost a year and the few times we have had issues, it’s been immediate and effective and knowledgeable. Homeowners should be educated on the equipment purchased in my opinion. And Jacob gives you a birds-eye perspective on real issues, trouble shoots every single detail. I love that. If you want a trustworthy, hometown, dedicated professional, Jacob and his pros are it. Always pleased with their service. Patrick is the best and Roxie in the office is super, too. Have had their maintenance contract for several years and it is great. Come out twice a year with new filters and check the complete system. Very prompt and efficient.

We had a bad experience with another company that came out and left us with a unit that still wasn’t working. The technician left the outside unit with the cover off and took the bolts. However, we called Willman Air and Jacob was very responsive. He had Brendan out the same day, and he quickly diagnosed the issue. We had our new A/C installed today. I highly recommend Willman Air, they are very professional, timely, and provide excellent customer service

Great service once again. Appointment scheduled and service completed quickly and efficiently. Patrick went above and beyond expectations. Second time I have used Willman Air. Very happy with responsiveness and level of service. They came short notice to repair broken Central AC. Immediately identified the problem and took less than 30 minutes to have the system up and running. Highly recommended.
