Wow, glad I found them on line. We operate several hotels and are always looking for versatile partners with OEM HVAC parts. The manufacturers reps are too expensive. I found Delta by chance, she was my first connection with DWG. She was patient, understanding, and friendly on the phone. Most of all she did what she said she would do in a timely manner; and followed up with me in acceptable fashion. Getting ready to buy our first supplies today. Amazing customer service! Delta and Adeanna went above and beyond to assist me in ordering and caring for all of my HVAC needs. The team at DWG has been great to work with! I love that if I am not 100% sure on the exact part, they take the time to forward a diagram to make sure we purchase the correct item the first time. I found DWG when we were having to find a part our regular vender did not supply. Since then we have moved from the local vendor to purchasing all items needed for our PTAC units to DWG.
Being in the service industry I can say that DWG and the team have great service!
