Please talk to your drivers about how to drive a company truck. One of your drivers was driving extremely recklessly today at 7pm. He was driving 90mph on the highway and then cut across all lanes of traffic to make a last second exit. He then continued to speed and weave in and out of lanes. Not professional in the slightest.

GF’s new condo needed a new HVAC unit, A/C Systems was recommended. Mike and Joe did the full replacement including new support frame, pad and pan. They were on time, clean, courteous and made sure I was fully satisfied. I checked the area where they installed the new compressor and the air handler area after they were gone and no trash was left behind. Unit works fantastic. I have recommended them to a few of her condo neighbors already.

I have used A/C Systems for years. They replaced my systems at my old home in Ponte Vedra Beach, and now maintain my system in my current home in Mandarin. Their customer service and knowledge are excellent, and their prices are extremely competitive. I highly recommend this company.

Mike showed up and did a fantastic job on my AC unit!! It was dripping water and he cleaned it, drained it and helped me figure out what size filter I need! I've been using the wrong size for years! 😱 Definitely would recommend their services!

Amazing customer service! I am out of state managing my Mother-in-Laws house. We had a time sensitive issue and I was able to schedule and have a technician out to her house quickly. Greg was our technician. He arrived on time and reported promptly what the issue was and fixed it quickly! Very happy we the service I received especially with the stress of being out of state. Great price for service as well!

My system is a Florida Heat Pump water/air unit, ~18 years old, but still works well, in general. I have had several other companies service it over the years. Most of them come out take a quick look at it and tell me it needs to be completely replaced. Granted it is not real pretty on the inside, due to some natural corrosion of the housing. However, the compressor, coils and controls are all intact and in good shape. Only after insisting that it be serviced and declining full replacement, would these other folks check and service it. Mike Decker arrived on time, LISTENED TO ME, a former telecom engineer, about what I expected, and immediately began to check it out without a sales pitch. Mike is the man I have been hoping for, personable, clean cut, courteous, knowledgeable, what the US Navy refers to as "squared away!" A/C Systems is my "go-to" outfit from now on. Mike did a superb job servicing the system. A++ Very pleased..!!

I had experience with this company through my rental management company whom I rent through. They were amazing. The guy who came all 3 times, I think his name was Chris-(can't quite remember), was great. He did a awesome job and answered my 50 million questions. He had a great personality for seeing people face to face. I had a great experience having him in my home and talking to him. Once I own a home, I would come back to this company and ask for him specifically!

One of the worst companies ever!! Installed the wrong unit in a historic house, have had several techs come out to fix unit as it cannot keep cool, every time they come they say something else is wrong with the unit. It’s brand new, that they installed. The unit produces so much condensation that there is now mold, they refused to fix the problem and their response is that my ac shouldn’t be set to 70, only 74 or higher. Did not pay thousands of dollars to have limits on ac.

Excellent experience. Kenneth was our onsite guy and just top notch pro, super professional, kind and thoughtful. Our repair was done in a timely manner for a reasonable price! :)
