B&G Refrigeration

Nick from B&G is responsive and honest. He has helped us out of several jams and explains what he is doing every step of the way. We have 10 restaurants and B&G gets all of our refrigeration repair and replace work. They are great partners. Strongly recommend.

Diagnosed the problem in minutes and had the necessary part and the system was up and running in 15 minutes! Started cooling the house immediately just like he said!

Had a problem getting them out to help previously, but was contacted directly from upper management to solve the problem. Arrived onsite within a few hours of the call ready to help.

It was June 2022 and my A/C went out on Friday afternoon. I called B&G and they were able to have someone come out that afternoon. BUT there was one problem. The technician needed a part and the supply store was closed. He was able to make a temporary fix to get me through the weekend and came back on Monday for the permanent fix! Thanks B&G for not making me go the whole weekend in June without A/C!
