B&G dispatched a technician and he arrived earlier than expected. He climbed into our oven of an attic and crawled threw nasty insulation carrying compressed air and blew out all the lines, then reconfigured them to function properly. He was professional and took the time to educate me on how the system works and how to keep the system from repeating the same problems. He also helped solve another circulation problem with our other unit with cost saving ideas. Very helpful. The owner even called to check on us the next day. Highly recommend B&G as we have used them multiple times and they have always been professional, knowledgible and timely.

Extremely expensive! And I had to wait 3days! For everything to get done! Because the first man that came out there didn't blow out the pipes to check for leaks, although he did say that there was a leak but I don't think he took the proper measure he was supposed to he was to my house for like 20 minutes before he left and didn't come back I called the company the next day and told them I was going to die of a heat! stroke smh the second gentleman that came out there to do the job was really nice I think his name was Casey, he got the job done on day3, he felt absolutely terrible leaving me on day2 without my A/C working but it wasn't his fault ;( . But after all that hell I'm just happy the AC working . He would have been done with it on the second day if 20 minute man wouldn't have left without checking everything properly!!!!

If I could, it would be 0 STAR. This is the most unethical and unreliable company in the area. SMALL story - just so relieve anybody else of this headache. These people show up to fix a cooler on Friday - do a bandaide fix to get us through the weekend with a promise to be back out on Monday morning first thing to complete the repair. No problems so far...
Monday rolls around...not only is the cooler down but there is no tech anywhere to be found. We call B&G...nobody answers. Nobody returns a call. NOTHING. We call another company - get us back up temporarily and schedule someone to come back on Friday to get us back up.
Out of the BLUE after not returning a call or ANYTHING all week...B&G shows up and "completes" the repair on Thursday night and starts calling telling us we have to pay $969.27 or they'll take the cooler back apart. Reminder, if we hadn't hired another company to get us back up and scheduled to repair it on Friday - we'd still be sitting around with our thumbs up you know and a cooler down because these people didn't return any phone calls on Monday.
It gets better. We paid the bill. They charged our account $1017 and some change...they're response. "We charge a 5% fee to run a card."
These people don't give a ____ and WILL rip you off; will lie to you, and WILL try to charge you for things that were NOT complete. Heck, I wouldn't put it past them to break something on purpose when they show up so they can come back and charge you for "repairs."
RUN AWAY.
