Troy was very nice and professional. He called me prior to determine the issue and advised that he was on the way. It took him less than 15 minutes to diagnose my issue and complete the repair. I am truly grateful that Snyder (Rosemary) was able to get an electrician out to me on a Saturday less than 2 hours after I put in the service request. Troy was a life saver. I can tell that he loves his job and helping people. I would definitely recommend Snyder as a company and Troy as an Electrician for your electrical needs. Thank you Troy. Had a repair done to a water line, under my kitchen sink, that stemmed to an outdoor water valve that had broken. Chris Peak was very helpful, efficient, and informative in what he was doing. He did a thorough check to make sure everything was properly sealed and performed to a high standard before concluding our business. I am very grateful for the help Snyder has given me!

The company is very timely! I called in and had an apt in 2 days. They sent a professional named Joe Byrd who really knows his job and respects the company name. He listened and had a plan to offer us within the hour. At this time I would highly recommend this company!

Everyone I’ve talked to has been extremely courteous and professional. I initially spoke with Mary, she was awesome. I received messages on when my tech would arrive, and a follow up call from the tech himself giving me his precise arrival time. My tech was Danny, he was very pleasant and professional. Once everything was installed, they loaded the old equipment up, cleaned up inside, and explained the operation of the new system to me. Very happy with my experience and my house feels nice and cool now. I would recommend Snyder to anyone, and I think they would be very happy with the product and service they receive.

Troy was very personable and professional. Amused me with my Snyderman trivia. Troy arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and took time explaining my situation. Electrical, plumbing and AC packages made a lot of sense and made affordable with bonus perks. Was scheduled promptly for initial visit and for the service a required. Very please and assured with service.

Luke was excellent. He provided quality customer service and work. My new garbage disposal is work nice. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It was a plus that he’s a Veteran too!

Today's I was very pleased service rendered by Snyder tech Mr Bryce. He was very professional and responsive as he explained what was needed for more adequate function to my units. I've had Snyder for over 10 years and only had 1 incident where I wasn't pleased. Snyder is an excellent company if I could rate 1-100%, I would rate them 99%. Their customer service also is awesome . Sometimes we (clients) don't give credit to those behind scene especially when we're having issues with our Air or Heat. We tend to lash out at customer service when it's not in their control. But to everyone at Snyder's many many Thanks for your service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Dasher today! He came out to do our semi-annual maintenance. He is professional and so kind. He cleaned and inspected. I agreed to replace the old capacitor and he took care of it right away. Thank you Ryan! This family is glad you came out today!

Travis was excellent! He replaced our kitchen light fixture with a new one (which he said was one of the most difficult ones he's seen). We had tried to replace it on our own, but finally called a professional. He explained what he had to do to get it installed, and we were both very impressed with his attitude and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend him for any electrical issues in the future!
