Both of our toilets and shower and bathtub became clogged this morning. I was desperate for help in unclogging because we could not use these facilities. I called Snyder and spoke with Janelle Griffin who set me up with An appointment this afternoon. Ben and her were lifesavers. Great work, advice and speed of repairs. Had the pleasure of having our biannual a/c preventative maintenance serviced by Jake Anderson today. He was really knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Answered my million and one questions as a new home owner and explained everything really well. He offered some solutions and recommendations based on our needs as well. Have had really good experiences with Snyder and their technicians, so we purchased another yearly plan.

Hector and Cody were phenomenal! They did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my system as I just started a maintenance plan with Snyder. They offered suggestions for enhancements and efficiency improvements, and options to extend the life of my system. They explained every option and answered every one of my questions with no pressure to do things I didn't feel that I needed to. I hope they will be the team that conducts my bi annual maintenance going forward! Outstanding customer service and the utmost professionals!

Adding to my review:
Chad and Tim just finished my duct cleaning service and they did outstanding work! Not only did they clean the ducts, but they washed every vent as well! They were friendly accommodated my needing to be in a quiet area for work and cleaned up when they left. Everything was put back as it was, you wouldn't even know they were here except for all of the bright white vents! Thank you so much guys!

Bryan was our Snyder repair man. Our air conditioner stopped working on Wednesday. I called them on Thursday morning. They were here at 10 AM as promised. Bryan went outside to check our system since we live in a condo complex. He found the problem right away. Apparently our lawn guy cut the wires in error. Bryan was very professional and courteous. I would definitely request him again. Customer service at Snyder air conditioning and heating are very professional and polite. Great company just like their commercial.

Ron with Snyder Electric gave me an estimate for adding more can style lighting to my living room. He was very nice and gave me his opinion of what would look great and meet my needs.
We came up with a couple options and estimates. I would recommend Ron and Snyder Electric.

The Technician was very thorough and explained things in detail. I was given a fair estimate for the plumbing repairs. I was also emailed the estimate. I was going to get 3 estimates but I was satisfied with the estimate and will have Synder AC, Plumbing do the plumbing repairs.

Attic insulation.... Isaiah and Noah did a fantastic job!!! Very professional. They Represented Snyder very well. Highly recommend you use them. 5 star job!!!

Logan showed up and at 1st it was a little awkward because one of the 1st things i mentioned was a light switch that tripped a breaker when turned on and he didn't have anything in his notes regarding this. There was a communication problem between a "person" at the office I spoke with and that info getting into the tech's hands. Once this was confirmed, the many (5) issues I needed fixed/repaired was done quickly, efficiently and very professionally. Once completed Logan had me check that everything was the way I wanted and expected it to be - it was. He took most of the empty boxes and trash with him which was a very nice and surprising gesture. Very happy and satisfied with his service.

Chris did a good job of estimating complete replacement of old lead pipe plumbing. Explained company policy for satisfying warranty requirements and different options for work to be completed. Written estimate provided electronically immediately so I could begin decision making process. Good job Chris!
