Willman Air

We called when our A/C decided to kick heat out. Jacob himself answered. We were leaving for the weekend, so he offered to come Monday. The first available was 3 pm. I asked if there was anything earlier, since we are a medical office and seeing patients and the weather is unseasonably warm. They came out on Monday morning at 8 am! And we are sitting happily in air conditioning! I have referred numerous people to this business and every single one has let me know how happy they are! I may have reviewed them in the past, but this was WAY above and beyond! Thank you, Willman Air, for exceeding all expectations!

I just chose Willman from a list of AC companies and I was very surprised by their professional attitudes and courteousness. I knew I needed a whole new system eventually, but the tech did everything he could do not to say that I needed a new system but I did and he felt very bad giving me the news. I got a price and agreed to that price and the system was installed the next day! They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves when done. They were polite and courteous and if I had any questions very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Willman AC for all of your AC/Heating needs!

On time, polite, clean, efficient and communicated well. Patrick even played with my mean little dog! He told me what he was going to do, did it, then let me know what he found. Quick, efficient and professional. We highly recommend Willman Air! Just hire them already!

Jacob and crew were great in every way they could have been. We needed to use a crane to get our compressor onto the roof, and it was too windy on a Friday (bad choice I made there) for the crane company to work. Willman was out here early Monday morning to await the crane so the job could be finished. I was sharing the crane with a neighbor using a different company, and it was obvious at a glance how much better Willman was than this major competitor. In general, everything about our interactions with Willman was professional, pleasant, and very capable-feeling. Recommended with no reservations!

Jacob Willman of Willman Air is absolutely the best! We started having problems with our dads Trane unit and we called the person that my dad had been using! They said the wiring was fried and needed replaced and that we would be better off getting a new unit! When I said it was under warranty still they said they wouldn't honor it cause they didn't install it! So we called the company that did install it and they came out and said a speed blower motor has gone out and that it should be under warranty but we might want to think about just getting a new unit! When I declined and wanted them to check on getting the part they started ghosting me>>refused to call me back and wouldn't give a straight answer! Finally their "specialist" told them to tell me that they wouldn't order the part because they were not Trane dealers anymore!!! My first thought was then why did you take my money in the first place when they already knew they couldn't work on the unit!!! So we went to Trane's site and found Willman Air!! Within just a few hours our unit was up and running again and none of the issues that were quoted to me was the problem!! They got here fast and they were honest and didn't even try to sell me another unit! The part was under warranty and we couldn't be happier!! Jacob is a very nice respectable young man and I would recommend him to anyone needing service! A BIG THANK YOU to Jacob Willman from Gerry and Kimberly Gillespie!!!

From the first phone call to Willman Air to the final repair/replacement of the A/C system component, the experience was reassuring. Scheduling the appointment for the repair work was easy and without hitches. Patrick, the A/C technician showed up on time, was knowledgable, profession and gave me a trustworthy feeling. I called Willman Air at 10:30 am today they told me someone would be there at noon. I got a text telling me the full name of the person who would be here. 5 minutes later Patrick call to say if we were home he would be here in 30 minutes. He was professional and explained everything he was doing and why. Completed the job within the hour. I am now a client for life. This is the best repair on our system we ever had.
