Spencer for Hire

Spencer for Hire is an absolute Stand Up Company. They have installed sinks, garbage disposals, replumbed my laundry room, replaced the sheetrock, and painted everything. It looks amazing. I can't even tell it's the same place. Excellent craftsmanship on everything. It's nice to have someone you can trust to do things the right way and not cut corners. They have a great team and do amazing work. I will strongly recommend.

I Asked if they had fan motors with them they said yes. Got here said the replaced the dual cap and hit (beat) it a couple times. Charged me $600. Said they would get me a quote on a fan motor. My AC quit 10 min after they left!!!
The next day I paid Another company to replace the fan motor as requested and I’ve been cool since. (2weeks later). I would NOT recommend hiring Spencer for Hire! 🤬😤

I purchased a maintenance contract on my HVAC system and Jason came to perform the work. He did a wonderful and thorough job. I had also requested some additional repair work on the drain that he found I did not need so the company reimbursed me since I had already paid. My system looks and performs beautifully. Highly recommend

I just LOVE Spencer and his staff as they are amazing, such kindness, hard working, go above and beyond and the girls that answer the phone are just precious, last year when my new AC was installed the gentleman that installed it worked so hard non stop for hours and when Kyle serviced my AC yesterday he was just AMAZING! It’s hard to find this kind of service these days so I would definitely recommend them!!😍

We used Spencer for Hire to replaced our ac when it went out on July 4th. The guys worked quick and seamlessly. Very polite. Would recommend!

Spencer and team were fantastic. They came in with about 53% of a kitchen remodel done by family. The tile and wood/frame work they did was fantastic. Huge team (4 guys) came in and worked as long as it took to get it done. Spencer himself came in to check the final work and even 1/2 way through to see what they’re doing.

My kitchen is done. 100%.

I lived in Jax for 4 years and aside from a great friend, Spencer is the only company I would trust to do any job in my property. Professional and reliable local company that you can trust!

Updated Review, November 2021:
We again worked with Spencer and his team for a large project, including gutting and renovating our kitchen, replacing all HVAC ducts, relocating the outdoor condenser, installing new flooring, kitchen fixtures, mounting a TV, relocating a large garage refrigerator with new electric, installing a externally-ducted range hood and a dryer vent, amongst other things. Quality work all around. Spencer's team really takes the utmost care in every little task, from painting a piece of trim to running an entirely new shiplap ceiling. They're able to maneuver in tight attic spaces to get the job done with ease. We're over the moon with the outcome of the entire project and would recommend Spencer and his team for anything!

Spencer and his team recently completed a rebuild and remodel off both of our bathrooms following a mold issue. The team truly is a collection of Jack of All Trades and can handle anything with humility, professionalism, and a great sense of humor.

Spencer is passionate about his work and it shows in his output, his impact on his team, and his overall demeanor during even the most unappetizing of tasks (like installing a 400-lb cast iron bathtub.)

His team took all of the safety precautions you would expect during a pandemic without issue.

We look forward to working with Spencer and his team again.

We hired Spencer to paint the inside and outside of our house and we couldn't be happier with their work. They power washed, primed and painted our entire house white, and it looks amazing. This was all during COVID and they took all the precautions to make sure our family was safe. I would 100% recommend their services.

We called Spencer for Hire to install an exterior door where there currently was not an exterior door. They responded very quickly to my request and were on the job in less than a week. They were professional and quick. And the door looks amazing.
