Whew! What a relief! Air is back on thanks to Northeast Fl Heating&Air. Great 2-man team replaced the coil that went bad Wed pm. Replacement ordered yesterday, installed first thing this am. As always, great response and great techs. We’re long-time clients for a reason!

This company installed our AC 5 years ago. The system hasn’t been cooling our house since and we complained about the compressor being very noisy (we have videos way back to back this up). We had 3-4 techs who came by and checked everything and said nothing was wrong. We also asked about the noisy compressor.. they still said nothing was wrong. We were desperate because our house was so hot so we called other companies for 2nd and 3rd opinions, couldn’t help us out and we spent hundreds - thousands of dollars from them.
We called again a month ago for someone in this company to inspect our AC for the last time since they were the one who installed it… as a last resort. A senior tech came by and ruled out a crack in the compressor and that it had to be changed.
If the techs who initially came by diagnosed the problem properly, none of this would have happened.
Compressor was finally replaced yesterday and house is cooling… but can’t take back 5 years of misery and money lost..
This was a service call for a brand new unit that I had installed on May 20th. Reason for the call was that my house was not cooling at the temperature set at. My old unit cooled my house at 77. The new unit is set at 76 and its not cool the house. Dylan did a fine job checking everything out and explaining it to me in detail. And its funny that i received this survey for this maintenance call. I never received a survey for the actual installation of the new unit.
This is Daphne Trepagnier the Mrs of the house hoping that you can get us the part we need as soon as possible and up and running back correctly and on a scale 1-10 , 10 being excellent that is what I give your worker that came out hoping to hear from you asap,thank you.
Where do I start? The technucian was very unprofessional. He tracked dirt throughout our house, used our wet vac and ladder because he didn't want to get his out of his truck. He left the wet vac upstairs leaving myself to clean up. He came for a 2nd time in a week's span to unclog the line, a week ago he said it was fixed and it wasn't, then came out today and made our system almost completely flood. He also said he couldn't unclog the drain and needed to order parts and do some drilling in our attic and walls. So as our HVAC is still leaking later that afternoon at an accelerated speed this company had no cost of a part or work and no one to come fix my AC. We tried this company twice and gave up on them, we called Buehler AC, they had a very professional man out within an hour, he unclogged the drain, used his own tools and equipment, cleaned up after himself and was out in an hour. We immediately signed up with this company! All in all there are much better companies out there.. Do Not Use them!
