Mighty AC & Heating Repair

We have a home owner maintenance insurance, with the issue with air conditioning we called the insurance company & they sent a tech., tech. conclusion was to replace the board and also gas line is cracked and leaking, will not be covered by insurance. We were not pleased, insurance sent another tech. from another company and his recommendations were different, seems they were not well qualified.
We decided to call D&T contractor services, as we had previously used them for fixing couple of ice machines and air conditioning unit at our business and were very pleased with them.. This time D&T owner Tony Alicea and his manager Al came together and spent almost hour & half, thoroughly checked the unit and the gas lines, nothing was wrong with gas lines. They presented various options. We decided to go with the installation of new unit since our unit was more than 10 years old. Installation was done professionally , moved the old equipment and left the place spic & span. Oh Ya! The price was cheaper than other places.
Next time, hope we won't need them, but if needed , without hesitation we will call D&T. We highly recommend them

Google states free estimate, not free installation estimate. And, the one star was for trying to over charge when I spoke to the repair man on the phone. Competition is 50$ less, which is almost what it cost to replace the part I had fixed by another service.

D&T Air Conditioning and Heating is phenomenal!! Evening service at no extra charge. Punctual and professional. The technician, Jeremy, was awesome. He explained everything as he worked on the unit and seemed to enjoy answering my questions. At no point did he talk down to me as if I wouldn't understand, but instead associated what he was explaining to something I would be familiar with in my daily life. Best repair experience ever! Will absolutely use D & T Air Conditioning and Heating again!!!!

I had my inside and outside units replaced. Everyone was on time and did good work. Nathan was my sales rep. He was available even after hours to answer questions and communicated daily until the job was done. The installers were polite and efficient. They took the time to do quality work but did not waste time. Great experience!

My old inefficient system had been installed in the 80's and unsurprisingly was declared hopeless. They took the time to prove it. As soon as the new system arrived, 5 men swarmed my house like bees, making sure all was perfect. They were charming professionals. My new programmable thermostat is great, and I even got a lesson in how best to use it. They even hauled away the sad remains of my old system so I had no worries at all! Ah, blessed relief. I can't wait to see the difference in my electric bill.

Daikin FIT 5 Ton 17 Seer variable speed, smart thermostat, AC / DC conversion technology. Much quieter outdoor unit, half the footprint space out doors and the air handler is 1/3 smaller. System working great and Daikin has great reviews plus made in Texas… USA!!! Mighty Air was a pleasure to work with from sales to install.

Brandon was awesome! He showed up in the time window indicated. He was clear at communicating. He helped resolve our capacitor issue, and helped get us cool again. He sized a different filter to work temporarily while we wait on more. D & T is our new go to for A/C needs!

Had an issue with inlet air filter being wet. They sent out Al Robinson. He did a very thorough job of testing everything that could be associated with my issue. While testing he explained all of the details as to why he was doing the test and why that component could be the problem. He found a very easy solution and left us very, very happy! I will use no one else but D&T forever!
