D&T performed a complete system change out for me. The price quoted was great and the job was completed in less tgan a day. The crew also cleaned up after they were done with the job.

My expectations were way higher then the work I received from this company. It took over a week to complete the job and we still are having issues. The person that came out first worked on taking out all of the old ducts and replacing them. He did a very quick rush job, leaving crooked vents, cracks in my celing, vents not screwed in properly so they kept falling down, and a lot of unfinished work. The second day different people came out to install the new AC unit itself and it took them all day once again leaving a lot of unfinished work. The next day we had another guy come out to fix everything that was wrong and when he looked at it all he realized there was a lot more wrong then what I had already pointed out. This led to another visit to install another return to make it cooler in the back of my house which was also not installed where it should have been. A few more visits and corrections later and we still are not fully done getting everything fixed that was messed up during this job. The people were all very polite and pleasant to work with however, I am not fully happy with the work that has been done.

The service tech showed up early!! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my a/c unit and presented me with affordable solutions. He worked quickly and cleaned up before he left!! Will definitely call D&T Air Conditioning again!!!

My air conditioner went out last week on Fri, the 13th, day after my 74th birthday! Happy Birthday to me HAH Temp got up to 85°. I called several companies to see if they were open on Sat. Only had a couple of responses, and they were too expensive, or could not take care of it till Mon. D&T sent a text early Sat morning that Al Robinson would arrive between 10-12noon. To my surprise, I received a text shortly after that Corey Harrington was enroute to take care of the problem. Needless to say, I was very happy that he arrived at around 8:30 and my a/c was repaired by approx 9:30, so I did not have to suffer through another hot day. I would highly recommend D&T Air Conditioning & Heating. Corey was very personable, a go-getter young man, knew right away that it needed a capacitor, reduced cost to an affordable price by lowering the markup, was very courteous & professional. They also have an A+ rating with BBB. How great is that? Will be sure to call D&T with any future a/c, or heating, issues:-)

D&T came out to install a Nest Thermostat E for us. What a delight it was to have Mr. Al Robinson in our home! Our two young daughters were drawn to his playful personality and enjoyed his company the whole time! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Service manager Al was very professional and took care to explain processes, took pictures of the work to attach to the invoice for my landlord, and left a clean and tidy work area. I could not be more happy with D&T and Al's great work.

Original tech Eric was phenomenal and as such we got maintenance plan. Eric left the firm and new tech Jeromy was sent to home. He left home and did not inform anyone or verified if system was working. Mom had my baby in house that was getting hotter and hotter. When contact him he wanted mom to troubleshoot issue because he was at other client. Very unprofessional to leave and not verify system is working. Will be canceling maintenance contracts

I wish I had a better review to leave. Unfortunately there were a lot of mishaps getting someone out to give me a quote. Twice no one showed up. The first I was told they were running behind. The second, not a word.
When they finally did show up, they were supposed to have the equipment to do the job that day. They did not. They just scheduled it for the next day. The home was empty and we lived an hour away. Luckily it worked out, but still caused a bit of inconvenience.
Communication is key in my opinion, and I don’t feel they do this well.
