I had this company to service both systems in May. The tech said the systems were in great shape and were well maintained. Unfortunately, this June both systems died. I called them back, and was told that both systems needed freon. The freon for both was 850 dollars! It is a mystery to me how BOTH systems could have had the same problem after being serviced a short time before and pronounced OK. I have a service contract with this company, but they need to refund my money. I am very upset by this; it just seems off. Update: Eddy came and serviced both units. He appears to have done a good job. I was not charged for this service due to my maintenance contract. The tech who missed the freon problem made a mistake, and is no longer with the company. The owner apologized and explained what happened. I appreciate that.

The service was excellent. All the installers were great. Al was excellent. I had a lot of different companies that came in but Al was exceptional. He explained everything well , the processes, the expectations, timing, and duration. Out of all the other companies, Al was the only one that inspected the ducts and the vents before and after the job.

I’ve been using this company for 4 years. We purchased our new ac unit from them and used them since. The last two services we’ve had done have irritated us a little because the last time the tech was a no call, no show. So it got rescheduled and the second time the same thing happened and finally they came. Then this time I was supposed to have my ac serviced yesterday, and once again a no call, no show. Then receive a text this morning that the tech will be here this afternoon. Never received a call to say sorry we’re super busy can we reschedule you… nothing.. I get ac companies are busy, but to make people wait between the time frame you give them and then never call to let them know you’re running behind or need to reschedule is unprofessional.
UPDATE: they came today on time and Eddy did a wonderful job!

The Mighty Air team did a great job on a complicated Daikin Fit install that involved relocating where the indoor air handler is installed in my home due to the original install location no longer being desirable due to renovations over time.

The technician did a fast professional job at much less money than I expected. My a/c had not be operating for 10 days and a routine annual maintenance visit found the problem. On the minus side, I had to wait over a week for service but this seems to be the new norm for everything. It’s now 2 weeks after the repair had been made and all is working well.

They came same day late afternoon tech was very nice. Downside very pricy, to replace a outside unit capacitor that is less than 5 years old installed by them. When I saw the first invoice I though I was buying a new unit, then the tech pull a random number. Overall unit is working thank you.
