    Purchased heat pump system on 05/09/2017. So far, the product is performing well. Had a little slight hiccup with the agreed installment date, it was changed to the next day. My wife and I each loss time from work due to the unexpected date change. Their explanation given, was some type of problems between the Manufacturer's and CCC. Otherwise, CCC's installers did show up 45 minutes late, after the agreed schedule time.. They called, stated they was caught in traffic. I noticed some questionable work habits, they would not ask permission for using our kitchen sink rinsing out their work cloths. One of the installers, used one of our dinner room chairs to stand in to perform a task, instead of getting his ladder. He stated he wasn't that heavy. I wonder, had the chair broken, would CCC cover the replacement cost without a hassle? During their installation, not once did the installers ask for the use of a broom to sweep up any debris from the removal of the air handler inside our hallway. I had to perform that task. One of the installer, stated to me, that he had to get finish, one of his friends called him with tickets to a concert. Now, I am let with the concern, if they had cut corners on the installation process, so he could make the concert. Also, when the branch manager came out to provide a quote to me, he would put plastic shoe covers entering my home. Not once did any of the installers use any plastic shoe covers, they was constantly walking in and out of our home tracking dirt from the yard. We now have to get the carpet cleaned. Whatever, happen to people taking pride in their craft and professionalism? I do appreciate the price and value of the purchase, given by CCC. I would refer others to use their service. I do feel some customer skills retraining for their installers would go a long way in customer relationship building.

    I have been using CCC for just over a year now and I have no complaints. They are very professional and honest. This is a company that truly cares about providing great customer service to their clients. I recently had an A/C issue arise early Friday evening and Alex came out to take care of it. It was a quick fix and all was good. I greatly appreciate the fact that they thoroughly explain the process to me. I want to see what's going on and understand it. They take me through it.

    I subscribe to the service plan. $15 a month is charged to my credit card WITHOUT FAIL OR DELAY. For this fee I am to receive 2 cleanings and checkups a year and discounted priority service. I have been trying to schedule service for months and nobody will return my calls. Another month passes and another charge but NO SERVICE and NO CALL BACK.

    June 24th a technician came out to our home to service our HVAC system because our air had stopped working. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. He had all the tools and equipment he needed for the job! He had our air working in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone their fast, friendly, and not to mention affordable!!! Thank you from The White Family!!

    My downstairs 5 ton unit was broken and needed replacement, downstairs one side of my home used to get very cool and other side very little, upstairs (on separate unit) was cooling but not enough even after unit running for very long. Alex from CCC came and did very thorough assessment (went through complete downstairs and upstairs attic spaces). I was very impressed with his patience and focus on details. He explained to me with full details why ducting was the main problem for uneven cooling downstairs and less cooling upstairs. He drew detailed ducting diagrams - existing and proposed - to explain how his recommendations will solve these problems. Being engineer by profession myself, I had several questions. Alex came twice to my home to discuss and answer my questions. He spent 5-6 hrs over couple of days to complete assessment and answer all my questions. Alex was able to gain my full confidence that solution he was proposing will work. I had 6-7 other contractors, including the one who installed AC and ductwork when home was initially built, do assessment and provide estimates. Some of them did not even care to go in attic but provided estimates for duct work. Others did go in attic to do assessment but no one took pains & time to fully understand and explain the problem. I was not convinced that their recommendations will solve my problems. CCC's price for unit replacement was extremly competitive. CCC's price for duct work was not comparable as no one else provided similar solution but I felt it was very reasonable based on type and extent of work. Based on all this I decided to go with CCC to do my job. Alex very well earned that.
    Alex and crew showed up on time. All of the them were very professional, courteous and diligent in their work. Completed work over 3 days as duct work was extensive and attic space very limited/restrictive. I was very happy that despite 2-3 people being in attic for 3 days, they completed the duct work without any damage to my home. Every day after the work they cleaned up my home and garage as necessary. Alex and I went through the check list and verified that all of the work was completed as planned.
    Though it is early but so far everything is going well and outcomes are what I had expected - downstairs (2975 sq ft) cooling evenly throughout the home and upstairs cooling much better.
    This was my best experience ever with any contractor doing any job on my home. Alex and crew did commendable job. I would be very happy to recommend them to anybody.

    I interviewed 5 HVAC companies......First Coast Climate Control was the only company that recognized I had a problem that none of the other companies picked up. They did a first class job on installation, explaining how everything worked (including new thermostat) and cleaning up afterwards. Their attitude and determination to perform a meticulous job was obvious. They were a little higher than the other companies, BUT PERFORMED MUCH MORE OF THE WORK NEEDED than any other company was going to do. I highly recommend you ask for Ernie (lead installer) and Levi, they worked great together and took their time in making sure all work was meticulous and that I was happy with the job. If I could have given 6 stars I would have. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE UNIT I RECEIVED AND QUALITY OF THE WORK! P.S. I have no interest in this company (business or otherwise). I will recommend them to all my friends and will use no other to service my unit. If they are slightly higher in price than other companies.........PAY IT.....YOU GET FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND FIRST CLASS PRODUCTS - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

    I wouldn't use any other company for my air conditioning. The quality of their work is excellent and the employees are very nice. That combination is really hard to fine. My air conditioning stopped working yesterday afternoon, they had someone out in just a few hours. I was given an accurate window of time. The service man took less than an hour to not only diagnose the problem but to also fix it. They are a permanent contact in my phone.

    Unfortunately I had to replace my HVAC system. I received quotes from several companies, including the most recognizable names in the Jacksonville area. I noticed an ad for CCC and thought to try them as well. Alex, who does the estimate came out promptly and spent more time assessing the situation than most of the reps from other competitors. I selected CCC based on a very competitive price and have not regretted the decision. The installers were professional and courteous and I couldn't be happier with the new system. Would not hesitate to recommend CCC to anyone seeking repairs or replacement of an HVAC system.

    Received prompt service from my phone call about an electrical problem from my Daiken AC that was installed over the summer. The operator immediately dispatched a technician (Rasheed Itani) who determined the problem and got it fixed. I have experienced this same type of service before and glad they are handling my HVAC.
