The scheduling was quick and easy. Zachary was very professional and courteous. He did a great job and worked several hours past his shift to complete the job of replacing my water heater. Same day service and thorough installation! Very pleased with service.

The entire experience was great. The booking process was easy and user friendly. I was very happy to find Fenwick who had the available appointment on the forth of July weekend. My AC went out on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come and fixed my AC the very next day in the morning , which is a Sunday. Christian, the technician, was very professional, friendly and helpful. He was able to answer my questions and fixed my AC very quickly!

Overall, great experience with Fenwick. First time ever having to call a plumber. Did some routine checking on my end unit I needed some professional advice. I called Fenwick around 2PM and they were able to send someone out same-day for a leak in our guest bathroom.

Ron was great. Professional, experienced, and didn’t mind me asking some questions while occasionally watching him survey the issue. He chatted through options, ideas, and even taught me a thing or two along the way.

After about 2 hours from start to finish, Ron fixed our issue, gave me his card, and now we’ve developed a trusting relationship with Fenwick. Out the door price was cheaper than I expected, which was fantastic.

I’ll be using them again if we ever need a plumber in the future (knock on wood we won’t).

Ben Smith, Christopher Anderson, and Darryl Lucas provided top-notch service at my house. Everyone involved was respectful, hard-working, professional, and thorough. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and professionalism displayed by Fenwick plumbing. The work was completed so quickly in order to accommodate my convenience. I had my entire house re-piped and they were able to complete the plumbing portion within two days. It was also a very difficult job. I never heard one obscene word and the crew remained extremely professional and courteous the entire time. I am very impressed and could not be more thankful!

First time calling Fenwick A/C Services. The air conditioning on one of our two units went out July 4th late in the evening. Called and got a next day appointment. Technician was solid but installed a defective blower motor with faulty module, which was determined five hours later when the unit would not turn off despite reaching the set temperature on the thermostat. Contacted Fenwick to report the malfunctioning blower motor. Received a next day appointment that was switched from afternoon to morning, which I appreciated. Great follow-up from Fenwick A/C Services: the service technician, William Napier, was on time and took immediate corrective action, replacing the entire blower motor. Polite, courteous, and professional, William was forthright in answering all of my questions--much appreciated. I highly recommend Fenwick A/C Services--and ask for William Napier!

Mike from the Jacksonville, FL office, and Lazaro last time, took care of my regular service checkup professionally. They showed up on time, did all the inspections, walked me through all areas and verified everything was good, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I'm glad I picked Fenwick for my new unit and continued service.

I don't normally write negative reviews, but I'm not used to being lied to...
I had Fenwick come over to check out what I already knew was a dead water heater that needed replacement. Craig, the technician, was fast, courteous and professional. However, I was up-charged $75 over the agreed $89 diagnostic visit and he was in the house less than 15 minutes. After protesting the hidden fee (clearly company policy so I didn't blame the technician) I was told that the entire amount would be deducted from the price if I installed a new water heater with Fenwick. Fair enough. But when I called to book the installation the manager, Travis, refused to give me the $75 off. On top of that he was rude and extremely condescending. I was furious at the bait and switch and told him if he didn't take off the fee as was promised to me I would drop the order. He didn't budge, even though they were essentially charging $1000+ for the very basic and quick (well less than an hour) service of replacing a water heater. One would think that at the extremely high prices they charge Fenwick would treat their customers with a modicum of respect.

In 2021 we hired Fenwick to replace all metal pipes. ($8,700) We're selling our home and had a pipe leak under the kitchen sink. The Fenwick technician stated the metal pipe had a hole in it & needed to be replaced. ($2,400) After several phone calls to Fenwick, they agreed they are at fault and made the repair. The home buyer needs documentation of the repair for their bank & insurance company but the receipt we received from Fenwick simply states "warranty work." Calling to request a detailed receipt has been a nightmare. Never has anyone called back and although I did speak to a supervisor today, she spent most of our conversation defending their receipt wording rather than listening and offering solutions. (Carla) I'm told to wait yet another 12 business hours. Does this really have to be so difficult? We spent $8,700 in 2021 and another $13,000 3 months ago (new HVAC) and nobody at Fenwick has the courtesy to expedite a detailed invoice. Bill Fenwick, you have gotten way too big for your britches. Sad. Super duper sad.

Called on July 3rd for clog in main sewer line in the house,shower backing up, toilets not flushing. Tech arrived earlier than stated, power auged into house and cleared it within 20-30 minutes ! I do not remember the young mans name, but he was very professional and courteous. They did not charge me a dispatch fee so my bill was $119 total! It woulda cost me $80 bucks or so to rent power snake at home depot and then slept the thing home and back !! Well worth it and Thank you for the timely, professional and affordable experience ! Firstly I want to speak to the professionalism this company has. I received a text with the full name Our Technician , they kept in communication I was in the middle of something and asked to be texted they honored that and did not call my phone. Our technician JESSE W. WAS AMAZING! He got to the root of the problem when we had call several others, I literally stepped out on faith to try this company, they were our savings grace. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Thank you
