Cool R Us, Inc AC & Heating

It was mid to late afternoon when we had a little problem with our a/c unit… the air mover/handler (inside the house) was running, yet the house was not being cooled down… the compressor was making noise, but its cooling fan was not running. We were not sure if there was a problem, so we called their emergency phone number quickly. The person we spoke with, very quickly instructed us to look for the obvious… and also instructed us to turn off/reset power. When we were not able to fix the problem, the person we spoke to quickly informed us of a technicians coming to check it out

Unlike other companies that take too long to respond, I was very surprised how quickly their technicians (Antonin and Robert) showed up, maybe because it was getting late in the afternoon. They went to work quickly and promised that they wouldn't leave us without our a/c for the evening. They were courteous, friendly, and kept us informed about what they were doing.

I called it “outstanding aftercare” … most companies don’t have anything to do with you after buying their products. I like their emergency phone number, I believe it was the owner who I spoke with… the way he sounded with instructions and his guarantee of technicians coming to check it out… I’m glad we picked Cool R Us to install our unit… from day one, they kept their promise of guaranteed satisfaction… I highly recommend their company/products to everyone.

There passionate about there customers. I called on a Tuesday, for a Thursday morning appointment during the same week. The service was convenient and quick. The service man was very thorough during his maintenance check up. Thank you for always looking out for your customers.

We had no cool air blowing from our AC unit. Booked an appt with Cool R Us via text. Gave us a two hour window. Came out within 15 min of beginning of window. Fixed the unit and out the door. You can’t ask for more! Highly recommend!!

From beginning to end they were professionals. I spoke with owner for initial bid. Josh was a master at both listening to my needs and providing technical help within my budget. Antonin and the Installation crew were top notch. If you need AC installation, repair, maintenance this is the company you need.

Wes professional but down to earth guy. DID NOT try to charge me for work that wasn’t needed (doesn’t happen often). Fixed what I needed repaired quickly. I spoke to him about another home before he left. Will definitely use them again. It’s hard to find businesses that are more interested in keeping your business rather than making a quick buck.
