Cool R US responded same day to a clogged drain pipe, added in a second drain pipe so we could more carefully monitor the unit (it is in the attic) and helped clean up the mess. No one does that anymore- but Cool R US does! Thank you guys!!

Impeccable service from beginning to end ! Our unit went out on Christmas evening during freezing cold nights here in Jacksonville. After contacting them online they responded immediately and even were able to install our new Trane unit the same day ( and didn’t up charge for holiday ) .They were so helpful and considerate of our needs and time. System is wonderful and installation team was awesome. They have gained a customer for life !!!!! Thanks for everything Cool R Us team ❤️

These guys are THE BEST!! We have used them in the past for semi-annual preventive maintenance and today we got a new Trane system both internal and external. They came through earlier than originally promised, gave us a great price on a unit perfectly sized for our condo, they were professional and very tidy and we are just thrilled to have found them!!!!!!! Don't use any other HVAC company. We have used 3 others in the past and they don't compare AT ALL!

After receiving a few different quotes and doing multiple walkthroughs of our full renovation, Josh and Lec stood out in a big way. They listened to our needs and found solutions to best suit our family in our 1920’s home.

Cool R Us is a great company!
We had experience with them before as well for a minor repair,Lek showed up in less than an hour and repaired it himself.
This time we had to replace the whole system,I called Lek late Saturday evening and he gave me a fair price,they showed up Monday morning and had my new AC running in about 3 hrs.
On top of having some additional electrical issues that they haven’t charged me anything for and having to call 3rd technician to come out and help them with that .
Technicians Vase Gjoka, Tuan (Tom )Nguyen and Enea Dokollari were very professional,took care of everything like it’s their own house and left everything clean and spotless after work was done.

If you are reading this review, then you are probably at the same place I was before contacting Cool R Us. My system quit working and I was at the crossroads of either calling someone to come take a look at it to diagnose it or just give it up as a total loss, as it was 15 years old. With my first phone call I knew I found the company to replace my system. I talked to only one person, so I always knew what was going on. Josh offered a next-day service of inspecting the work needed. After he finished his inspection, he walked me through all my options, with all their pros and cons, and the costs. The financing that they offer was a bonus! I was able to finance the cost at no interest for 18 months. A detailed print out of each system was provided, which made making a decision more informed. I finally decided on one, and they were able to get the installers come on a Saturday. The installers were super professional and efficient. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the experience. It only took four days from my first phone call to a cool home - I called Wednesday, Josh came Thursday, and the AC was installed Saturday. Highly recommend to everyone.
