Not sure where so many good reviews are coming from. We used Cool-R-Us to replace an a/c unit that was probably original to the house. It was struggling to cool the house, and would shut off constantly due to the condensate drain overfilling. Cool-R-Us recommended that we replace the unit since it was so old.

They replaced the air handler in the garage and the unit itself outside. $5,400 later and our a/c now performs exactly as poorly as it did before they did anything. Our house still struggles to get cool, runs constantly, the condensate drain continues to fill. Every problem that we had before is still present. I was hoping a new unit would lower our electric bills by being better and more efficient, but I'm pretty sure our bills have actually been higher if anything.

So if you're looking to throw away $5,000 or more and want higher monthly electric bills, give these guys a call!

Well, I must say this company really stands up to the name COOL!! The owner Lek is always prompt and extremely helpful when my Mom or I have a question or need assistance about our new unit.

The installers Ervin, Vase and their helper took pride in doing a job perfectly well done! They're all super talented in HVAC, respectful, kind and hard workers. Also, Adam was really knowledgeable and professional when he came out to look at the heatpump.

I can't forget about our awesome salesman, Mr. Louie. He worked with us on getting the best unit for our home/budget. Plus helped us understand certain HVAC terminology. Very nice guy!

:) Overall Mom and I are enjoying our new xv20i Trane Unit!! Really Quiet Unit And we are definitely staying COOL!! This company is honest and values customer satisfaction!! Their customer service, A+++++++. I will definitely recommend "Cool R Us" to others and use for future jobs. We've had the Trane unit for about 2 months now. With a beautiful smart 7" touchscreen thermostat, which enables smart phone control from anywhere as long as you have Wi-Fi in your home.

They came quickly and fixed the issue. The gentleman was friendly and professional. He fixed it immediately and even helped us with preventative measures and generally was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The meeting I had with the salesman was very informative and I learned a lot about what I needed from an AC unit and what are the best temperatures to keep at my house in order to get the best efficiency. The techs there do a good job. Woohoo!

My 10 year old system was tad bit small for the home, and was dying on us. The suggestion from the technician as quite affordable. I appreciate the quick response to request for service.
