Recently bought my house and old owner screwed up wiring their own thermostat. Aldi came and figured out the issue within minutes. Great service

Prompt, professional and excellent service. We had a clogged drain which shut off the AC. Cool R US was called at 3 pm and had an experienced professional fix the clog within 3 hours of my call.

After a horrible experience with the company that actually installed our unit 3 years ago, and finding out that because they were being bought out, they no longer honored the service contract we had with them, we called Cool R Us. What a night-and-day difference. Communication was great. Cool R Us gave us a 2-hour arrival window, same-day service. When they weren't able to get there in time for the first one, which I understand given today's weather conditions, they texted us and set another arrival window for a couple hours later. The tech showed up within that window, and was very respectful of our house, removing his shoes before he came in. He was friendly and personable, and immediately went to work, finding out the symptoms our system had, and then checking the outside unit. It was a bad capacitor. Fortunately, he had a replacement in his van, and was able to get it fixed and be on his way in under 20 minutes. We were quite pleased, since we'd had no air for a week.

Same day service was excellent. Scheduler/receptionist was great, with attention to every detail. They explained what they did and were prompt and polite. The best service ever. Highly recommend, we will not use any other company.

Bent a drain pipe which cause issues with AC. Cool R Us sent out a different crew same day and corrected the problem.

Excellent company! Our A/C broke yesterday, they fixed it temporarily so we could have air, and today we got our new system installed. Price was the best overall, and financing is available. All the guys that came and helped were very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. We are very happy with the service provided, and will referred them to all our friends and family!
