I called on a Thursday. A representative came out the next day to give me an estimate on replacing my very old unit. Installation was done the following Wednesday. I am very happy with the service I received and the professionalism of everyone I dealt with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company and Josh Conway.

Can't say enough about Cool-r-us and Lech the owner.
He sent Aldi (one of his techs) to help me and he did an awesome job (I really enjoyed watching him use the torch and his brazing is FAR superior to mine!!) I asked about the TXV (Thermal Expansion Valve) and Aldi was just about to discuss it---he knew it needs to be changed and he advised me to change it out and avoid a freeze-up. These guys are pros in every sense and provide fast professional service.

Installed a new system a few years ago. Just had a nice routine maintenance check and everything is still all good. Keeping us cool in the 100 degree heat!

Couldn't fix my issue but came out on Christmas and only charged me $125 service fee. The technician, Enea Dokollari, was very nice and discussed the issue with me.

Our A/C went out on Wednesday and I called our normal service guy for service and he discovered a leak in one of the lines from outside. He was not able to do the job so I asked him for a recommendation. He suggested Cool R Us. Leka was very kind an explained how busy they were but that he would have a crew out Saturday morning. When they arrived they pressurized the lines and said they would be back in the afternoon to determine exactly where the leak was. They were able to find the problem and had us up and running a couple hours later. Thank you yo the wonderful guys at Cool R Us!

They installed a Trane air handler in a quick and professional manner. I’ve had it for over 3 years with no issues. They come out for preventative care when I need them to. They’re polite and happy people. Happy customer.

My husband Justin called in because our system was not maintaining the set temperature. They were at our home within an hour, recognized the problem immediately, had the parts on the truck, and fixed it fast and effectively! Also took the time to check our levels and make sure everything was in order. We are already cool again! Simply the best AC company around! Thanks

Enea is an awesome technician, he took the time to show me how to clean my pre-filters and collections cells with dish soap, soft brush and water, he also showed me how to add bleach every month to prevent bacteria and buildup in my AC drain line, He is a great asset to the company and a reflection of the owners core values

Years ago the owner himself came and repaired my unit that the initial company installed and tried to rip us off for a brand new coil. Today after coming home to a non working 15 year a/c unit yesterday. I called to see who does same day installation on a Saturday because my family comfort is priority. And Cool R Us came in clutch. Josh came out to give us a free estimate and sent the technicians to our house 1 hour later on a Saturday. We’re happy with the upgrade and Wi-Fi thermostat. Very professional and won’t try and upswell you.
