I have been using Cool Connections for the past 5 years. My Ac stopped working and called over the weekend and they came out today. They originally gave me a time between 1-3 today. They got here a lot earlier. Dan came up to the door and I explained to him what was going on and he knew exactly what it sounded like.
He was professional and explained things to me. I would definitely recommend using them.

Even though my job was small (running a duct along a wall from dryer to outside vent) they gave it their time and attention and did it professionally. They also are good at keeping up the lines of communication and treating the customers well.

My 1957 house required a complete installation of the HVAC SYSTEM. The entire team was very professional and knowledgable. Quote was provided ahead of time, with product shortages, the company planned very well in advance and there were no delays. Chris communicated steps along the way and explained the process. The team took great care of my property while performing the work as I just had a new carpet installed they laid floor covers down. I received calls and text ahead of time before their workers arrived but I would also know ahead of time what time to expect them ( none of we will be there between 8-12 ) They arrived on time sharp when they said they would. They also worked out the best solution and took into consideration the design and age of this old house to install high performing duct system while preserving the integrity and aesthetics of the house. I am extremely satisfied with quality of this company work and appreciate they finished the project in record time. I would highly recommend CoolConnections company.

Great company to deal with. I got an appointment for my annual A/C check up very quickly. The folks a wonderful to deal with. From the nice woman who answers your call to the tech. The technician answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Definitely will continue to use them for all of my A/C needs and issues. Thanks.

It’s Florida and it’s August and I came home to a house at 86 degrees at 6pm. I called them up and within an hour they were at the front door. Troubleshot the issue and educated me on making my unit last. When all was said and done the pricing was very affordable!

We needed our air ducts replaced and Cool Connections came out and did an amazing job. The technicians working were always on time and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them for all of our AC needs and suggesting them to anyone who needs AC work.
