I called this company originally, about a month ago, in a panic as our system went down and I couldn't find an a/c company to come to the house. Everyone said it would be 2 or 3 weeks before they could get to us. I was shocked when I called this company - a tech helped us get back up and running over the phone. Needless to say, his kindness won our business. I scheduled an appointment for maintenance. Today, the tech again was very nice, professional, explained things as he was doing it and even gave us tips on maintaining our system ourselves, besides the normal filter change. All I can say is THANK YOU! These days it is hard to find a good company with good people. We found one. I highly recommend this company.

My A/C unit was freezing up. Dan came out and showed me where the problem was and how to maintain the unit until my next check up. He was very personable and happy to answer all my questions about the A/C unit. If and when I have problems in the future, I am requesting him. Thanks Dan!

Highly recommend Cool Connections after they helped me out in a pinch. Chris was able to come to the house to provide an estimate well before any other companies had availability, and the job was done a few days later. They had unique solutions to save me from paying hundreds more, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Called Cool Connections to have my AC unit looked at while every other company couldn't make it out that night. Cool Connections was booked as well but I had a house that was 82 degrees and a 2 year old that wasn't sleeping well, and sweating through his clothes.

The owner personally came out and fixed my AC problems (which turned out to be more problems than we originally thought) because all of the trucks in his fleet were booked through the night.

I can't give this company anymore praise, very professional, VERY fast, and knowledgeable about AC repair and maintenance.

Recommend 150%. First time customer today and more than satisfied, especially if you you’re lucky to be assigned to AC guru Mr. Dan Cox. Nicest guy I’ve met in quite a while and with over 30 years of experience he was able to find out what the problem was and fix the issue within minutes and my ac is running wonderfully now 👌. Gave it 5 Stars...The technician texted before arriving, as well as he arrived early before our schedule appointment time which was great, less waiting. He was fast, efficient, courteous, & funny! It literally took him 10-15 minutes to complete the task at hand, and my AC was cooling my home once again. I really appreciated him for taking the time to answer & educate me about my AC, awesome job btw... I will definitely refer & use their services again. Thanks, Cool Connections for saving the day!

Dan was AMAZING!!! As a new homeowner I don’t know what to expect and really don’t know much when it comes to the AC and larger appliances. He gave me recommendations and also walked me through everything he was doing and what I should look out for. He took his time and was patient with my questions. Best service I’ve had in a very long time

Cool Connections was responsive and helpful when we found ourselves suddenly without a working A/C. They were able to install the new unit required quickly and their technicians were very professional. We will definitely use Cool Connections in the future!
