Despite the daunting task of having to follow construction detours happening near my neighborhood, the technician—Ben Cole—was able to make a prompt visit, and was eager and ready to work. His help was excellent and greatly appreciated. I would recommend them for anybody needing repairs and help, especially during such hot summers!

Outside unit wasn't working properly. Issue was the capacitor (under 4yrs). Fifteen minutes labor and a $424.95 ($99.95 Service & $325 capacitor) bill. Dinner & a movie would have been nice. 😡

I was shocked after reading so many negative reviews of so many different ac repair companies in my area. Then I came across Cool Connections. I called yesterday and befor I got home from work, my ac was working beautifully!! Dan came out and was so kind to my neighbor and called me after he was all finished. He was so nice and his knowledge was above and beyond. He treated our home like it was his and even our kitties enjoyed his company. I could only wish I could have more 'Dans' in this world every time Im in need of a repair or any kind of customer service. Thank yiu Cool Connections! And thank you Ms. Sherry for getting us such a great tech amd for being so sweet when I called to make the appointment and afterwards for the final paperwork. 😀

We have had Cool Connections AC for several years and found the company competent and responsive. The team that came today was excellent.

$475 to replace a $25 dollar part. They charged me $375 for the part (on Amazon $25) and $100 for the service call. I can understand the rate of the service call. However, $375 for a $25 dollar part is a rip off. I’ll give them credit for fixing the issue but not the price.

Cool Connection provided excellent customer service to include the quote, installation and follow up details. I would use this company again.

First off, the guy named Ben was on-time and professional at his job. Very knowledgeable off the system and he made sure he checked on the guy that was working with him to ensure all was good. They finished the job in great time and explained everything to me. After researching five different companies, I decided to go with Cool Connections because of the salesman Nick. He always responded when I contacted him and he always answered all my questions. I felt comfortable going with this company because of the communication and the realness of the sales person. The system is great and the service was Outstanding as well. The technician were Outstanding as well. They finished the job in less than 4 hours.
