Buyers be aware. I had the AC go out. The tech that came out said the motherboard fried and needed replaced. Part was under warranty but they charged $1,595 in labor and service fees. They had arrived at 930am and didn't return until 430pm to replace the part (which was actually a defrost panel not a motherboard). Should have taken max 30 minutes to switch out never turned the power off from the panel which potentially fried the thermostat. They tried charging another $595 to replace that. But when I said my dad worked for an AC company and can switch that out for me they had one on the truck from a recent job that still worked but wouldn't be under warranty but they would install it for free. Then they tried calling saying the reversal valve was bad and needed replaced and if they change that they don't how many other parts were bad and suggested buying a brand new system for $6000 on a unit they installed that was only about 5 years old. I called a few AC companies and explained all the transactions and they all told me the same thing. So I called them back on Tuesday to express my concerns and what advice I was given as well as letting them know I felt like a female walking into a car dealership where they try to sell you things because they don't assume you know anything because you're a female. Well my family has worked in the AC company for 35 years. I might not know everything but I know enough to know when I'm getting scammed. I was then told she would talk to her boss and see how they can fix the problem. That was on 5/26/20 it's now 6/2/20 and I have yet to get a phone call. I have since called another AC company to fix what they supposedly said was broken. Their tech was there for 30-45 minutes found the problem and had the AC up and running. The part they were trying to say was bad and I just needed to get a new system was perfectly fine it was just a coil that was bad. This company is a fraud trying to say parts are broken just to try sell you a new system.

I reached out to this company after getting several quotes and reading several reviews regarding what brand we wanted. They beat the other quotes we had got by a good amount.
Getting an estimate was a very easy process. Not one time did we feel pressure to buy something we didn’t want. We could have actually went with a unit they have that would have cost less and I’m sure runs the same but I was dead set on getting a particular manufacture. When I asked about getting a few other things done, that would have made them more money I was told I didn’t need it and I would be wasting money! You can’t beat that HONESTY! My husband requested a “fancy” thermostat and they delivered. Ordered the exact one he wanted. We knew how much it cost and they didn’t up-charge it.
They fit us in within two days of getting the estimate. We got a reminder call the day before. Prior to heading out to the house we got a text with the Techs name, bio and picture! This is a great idea and all companies should do this!
The techs showed up on time and very professional. My husband spoke mostly to Ray and he was very pleased with him. He said he was courteous and went out of his way to make sure he was satisfied with everything. Someone from the office called before the techs could leave to verify the air was working and the house was cooling down.
We would recommend this company 100 percent. After our experience I can’t imagine how anyone would write a negative review. From start to finish this was all positive as it should be it’s a big purchase!

Our upstairs AC finally gave up the ghost. Called AA Service and Repair, who had a technician out within an hour. Mitchell Huff arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and gave me a few options (repair or replace). We decided to replace because of the great value AA Service and Repair gave us and because the full system replacement could be scheduled the very next day. Mitchell and crew did a great job replacing the system and cleaning everything up. I highly recommend calling for air conditioning needs.

Outstanding service! We researched and received estimates for a complete AC replacement from multiple companies. Not only did AA beat every price, they were able to install the very next day!! Our service men, JJ and Kerry, were punctual, polite and a pleasure to work with. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know in need!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I called because my AC had stopped working the salesperson I spoke to was wonderful well-mannered and very knowledgeable. That is where the good service stopped. The technician sent out to do the install install the wrong in many ways. The stand that they put it on buckle and I had to prop it up with a piece of wood It leaked and drew air in from my garage and just blew it throughout the home. I sent them pictures of the buckled stand in the gaps from the seals and they said we'll see what the inspector says. On the inspector failed it because some of the legs didn't even have any screws in them and the fact that it drew air from my garage and blew it through the home AA did not show up to fix it until the last minute which is 6 months later. They said they have 6 months to get it to pass inspection and told me to stop calling and so that they will not send anybody out. I'm finally a supervisor came out looked at it and said it needs a whole new install and set up an appointment to do so. And said he would be out here himself which he was but when he got out here he wanted to do something totally different than I said you agreed to a new install if you're not going to do it please leave. So they tore it down and install it correctly this time I might add. And no there's not any problems with it now. But you shouldn't have to go through all that and wait 6 months just to get the job done right. They also take the manufacturer's stickers off the units and put their own stickers on there and claim that you cannot use the manufacturer's warranty that you have to warranty it through them. Of course I just registered mine with the manufacturer by serial number and they said the warranty is good and valid and sent me paperwork to prove it. They will charge you $250 to come out to do warranty work if you think about it that's a total rip off and itself because that doesn't cover any parts or any labor. Buy or beware on these people.

Kerry McDaniel was our Technician today to replace the compressor system on our HVAC. Now, I've been impressed with customer service technicians before, but Kerry took it way above and beyond our expectations. From the moment he introduced himself, I was impressed by this young man. Today was one of the hottest days we've had so far this spring, and that gentleman was all business and worked his tail off. His professionalism all throughout the service call was utterly outstanding. I cannot say enough about Kerry and how well he represents the face of the AA Service & Repair company. They should be very proud to have him in their fold. I'm going to reach out to the business office tomorrow to ask them to notate on our account that we'd like to request Kerry to perform our maintenance checks, going forward. Thank you so much, Kerry!

I scheduled a coil replacement a week ago. I paid $700. AA SERVICE canceled appointment saying the can't perform installation. It's been 6 days and no refund has been issued yet. I called twice and no solution.
Update: Cancellation was done 4 days prior to your refund. The only reason the refund was done on Friday is because I called that day to remind your staff to do it. When I wrote the review, the refund was not in my account. With that said so, I will give you the same courtesy and I will remove the bad review on Friday. In the future, treat your customers with prompt; the same way you collect the money. Train your associates to do the same. Remember, bad news spread faster than good news.

Great service from start to finish! They responded to my request on a Saturday evening with prompt service, office lady was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Joey, the tech was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem and even gave tricks for better upkeep moving forward. Pricing was better than the competition!

He assess the unit and quickly resolved the issue. AA service and repair has always been fair with me. The service techs are really nice & will answer questions you have about your unit. I said this 3 years ago and still feel the same way today after service. Honest, fair and friendly.

My husband had to call AA Service Repair on a Saturday morning because both of our AC units weren’t working. They showed ASAP and explained what was wrong. Joey and Keagan were able to get it fixed in a timely matter. This company has shown us what a great customer service is truly about. We are very pleased with their performance.
