Worked with Kyle Crosby who coordinated the overall project of replacing our Air Conditioning System in our home. Levi and Ronnie showed up on time, were onsite all day, worked well together and walked me through the system upon completion. Kyle is such an incredible asset to this company. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made sure all our questions were answered and we felt confident we were going to get the best service and we did.
Eric and Travis were the young men who came to install our new system. They were meticulous, skilled and did a top notch job and left no trace they had been there.

Would recommend Buehler Air Conditioning. Called at 8 am had me booked same day on a weekend for 4pm. Tech arrived early at 1pm. Was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to replace my motor within an hour.

Decided to replace 14 year old heat pump and fan coil to improve energy efficiency and alleviate high humidity levels in house. Project manager Matt was knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with in evaluating the best system for the space as well as throughout installation. Technicians Ronnie and Levi were on time, focused, clean and quiet during the install. Answered whatever questions I had and helped train me on using and maintaining the system. Have seen humidity levels drop about 33% in house since and system is incredibly quiet. Will see how the electric bill changes from here. A positive experience dealing with the Beuhler team to date.

I'm, really not sure if this is the appropriate way to leave a message about my service today. However, I just
had to let it be known that my service repair guy Antolly was Phenomenal. He was very professional, kind, and courteous. He walked me through the process of what was going on with my unit.
He was so good at his profession that I decided to do the maintenance plan. And I would like for him to come back again for my next scheduled service.
I couldn't have asked for a better guy.

Alonzo was awesome! Very courteous and professional; ensured we were satisfied and had no concerns, before leaving. I highly recommend Buehler!

A gentleman (Erik) was very good at his job, professional in how he explained what was wrong, and quickly found out the problem. The only problem I had with him was he tracked dirt from the front door all the way to the back and i needed to vacuum after he left. I would recommend the company to get booties to put over their technicians shoes when coming into the customers house. Other than that it was a great experience.

The whole team was professional and courteous. I appreciate Matt’s honest approach to selling our new heat pump. Alonzo and Darius were very thorough during the installation as was Trace who completed a thermal analysis. He also went out of his way to attend to issues that were beyond the purpose of the service call.

Fair, honest, and good advise from the tech Alonzo. We got home at 7:30 to find our A/C not working. Buehler had Alonzo come out right then and we were back to a cool house at 8:30. Couldn't have been happier with their service.

Unfortunately the new system had a problem 12 hours after installation but they had a technician come out the next morning about an hour after I contacted the office. Jomar found the problem within a few minutes and corrected it but also stayed around an additional 30 mins to give everything else a look see just to make sure there were no other issues. Happy and impressed with their customer service!
