Buehler Air Conditioning

Our AC went out and I called Buehler around 5:30 pm to see when I could get someone out to take a look at it (thinking we’d get on the list for tomorrow or maybe later this week), but when Evan told me he’d have someone out here between 7-9 tonight I was over the moon. Erik came out and was great, super nice and fixed our issue. We are now sitting in a house that’s cooling off! Buehler has been a dream to work with over the years and we plan to continue staying Cooler with Buehler :)

Date of service 06/15/23 Wonderful service from Tyler,Eric,Travis&Ryan. Very professional, exhibited pride in their profession, company and owner of the company. It was a long hard day but their attitude was positive throughout. Offered refreshment that was politely refused. All are great representatives of this company and deserve positive recognition. Trace has always been awesome at every visit. Honest, highly skilled, and professional. He has been my number one guy for years. Kyle and Robert for the new install were great. Once again, very professional in every way. Ryan set the deal for the new system. He took the time to make sure I understood what I was getting and the process involved. There was so much positive in this experience and it started with the phone call. There was trouble on my end making the connection, but that did not bother the lady on the other end of the line. Erik arrived shortly after we disconnected and gave me the bad news about our outdated old system. He assessed what was needed and an appointment was set for the following morning. Josh and Darius arrived on time and went to work immediately. Care was taken to protect the carpet during the dismantling and installation. The unusual problems encountered, (a tree stump that needed to be moved, attack of wasps, etc., were met and became no obstacle. These two men worked tirelessly and completed the job before the afternoon was completed. The level of professionalism and service was above what was expected. There was no complaint, no request/demand for additional charges for the complications that arose. I highly recommend Buehler to anyone experiencing AC or heating issues. This is a local, family based business that is interested in as much perfection as possible rather than cutting corners or "make-do" work. Thanx to all involved for a great job.

One of the most responsive and professional service providers I've ever dealt with. Asa, our service tech went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I was will to take the "easy way' or the less-labor-intensive solution - Asa offered several solutions to our issue. (re-located condensate piping drain. Exceptional service and positive attitude - which, unfortunately is rare these days. HIGHLY recommend.

I have a warranty with another company but they couldn't make same day service for an emergency outage. Buehler got there in less than an hour & listened to my concerns. Very inexpensive for an emergency visit & super professional service!

As new Buehler customers, we’re very impressed by their entire team. We’re careful, reasonably-well-informed shoppers who did our homework. We had four companies here for estimates on a new 4t Heat Pump & Air Compressor. Matt Emerson at Buehler was BY FAR the most thorough, informative, detailed sales rep we saw. He spent 1.5 hrs.+ checking out our system and talking with us about our needs, our budget and our options. Unlike others, he made no attempt to upsell us. Matt looked at every register & return and is the only one who went into the attic to check our vents before advising us. With Military and Law Enforcement discounts and the most comprehensive package on quality equipment, Buehler absolutely gave us the best price and value for quality, reputable equipment: a smart thermostat, levelling/installing compressor float pad, replacing copper piping from heat pump to compressor, installing a UV air cleaner, and discounted duct cleaning. Installers Dylan and Darius and duct cleaning techs Robert and Lester were all on time, friendly and most professional, all doing meticulous work including cleaning up every speck. After installation, Dylan took time to fully familiarize us with the new system and answer our questions. The next day, Robert and Lester spent nearly two hours draping everything in our home before duct cleaning. They removed and cleaned every register and carefully caulked each vent boot before reinstalling registers. We were stunned that there was virtually no dust at all from duct cleaning. We are truly grateful for the Buehler team’s time, expertise, and exceptional customer service. We highly recommend them without reservation. We trust these folks and you can too. Kyle was prompt, explained and showed us the issues with our unit, and helped us pick the right options for repair and maintenance. He worked quickly and got our AC functioning. The people I spoke with to book my service were also very polite and efficient.
