These guys rock ,my grandfather needed his air fixed and living in Florida it gets hot. Come to find out his house has 3 systems and needed alot of work rather than band aiding the problem and taking our money we discussed options and repair vs replace was easily out weighed. He now has 3 new units in and out and has 10 years warranty. Called for service on a wed had 3 new units in and out by lunch on Friday. This is a locally owned company and they treat you like friends rather than customers.

We had a very old, misplaced air and heat compressor that ran "Hot and Cold" ( no pun intended) when ever it felt like it. Long story short, it was suggested we call Air Waves Heating & Cooling LLC and hear what Ricky had to say. Best call we made.
First thing he said was, "she" doesn't have long, but she still has some life and told us approximately how long that life was. He was right on the money.
What else did he do right for us:

His quotes were explained in full, pro's and con', dollar for dollar
We made a choice, we made an appointment, he and his crew arrived on time and finished within the estimated time outlined
He and his crew reconfigured our space, you could feel, as well as see, the pride and accomplishment they felt during and after the installation.
Each knew what their responsibility was upon arrival, so they talked and laughed, and made the installation a pleasure for them.
They took pride in cleaning up when they were finished.
We are happy, and they left happy knowing they fulfilled another space challenge in their business.

Air Waves Heating & Air were great. They came on time and did the work fast.
They were very clean and I did not even notice they were there.

It was the middle of summer and my wife was 8 months the pregnant at the time. We came home from dinner with friends and inside the house was 85 degrees. This is the only company that picked their phone up at 11pm on a Friday night. I told them the circumstances I was in and I had the owner come out and fix my unit that night. I can say one thing this company understands family life. Very good people.

We had trouble finding a technician to fix out pool heater. Ricky came out the same day to diagnose the problem. He was progressional and explained everything. Our pool is currently heating. Can’t wait to take a swim!!

Ricky and his crew are the most honest, professional, personable and knowledgable HVAC techs out there. As Director of Facitities for a charity assisted living facility, their ability to work around our daily schedule and in a timely, efficent manner was outstanding. I feel they went above and beyond in every way possible and the pride they take in their work is unparalleled.

Came home to find hot house at 4 PM, called Air Waves hoping to get it fixed the next day. Ricky made it out that evening, diagnosed and repaired correctly. Chillin' in East Arlington.. Awesome service, no BS, highly recommend.
