I've been using AirWaves since we moved to Jax Beach. They've done an excellent job of maintaining my AC system, and the few repairs it's needed have always been very reasonably priced. The old system died (air handler was 17 years old!). They tried to fix it, but ended up needing to have the whole system replaced. They didn't charge for trying to repair the old system. They knew my budget and designed a new system to fit it. I'd had a system replaced at a previous home so I knew their price was very reasonable. They're honest and reliable people who seem to be truly concerned about their customers.

Very knowledgable about Florida Heat Pumps, and fast service. Had a entire new AC installed in 1 day and helped with several thermostat issues that were not included in price....update 1/3 Have had nothing but issues with unit since installed, Air Waves has been very friendly been back atleast 5-10 times over the 2/3 years since. I would expect to get over 2/3 year life out of a entire new unit but at this point I'm frustrated enough to get a new unit. Since installation I've had several issues, replaced my water pump which was new and installed by air waves, replaced and fixed leaking pipes, replaced several thermostats and several water valves on the unit. I have a water source heat pump and would never recommend one to anyone, to many moving parts and has had nothing but constant issues. Every time I've called Air Waves they have sent a tech out but once it ran out of the year warranty I started getting charges and for every issue they fixed another went wrong. Came back out and fixed unit happy with service. Thanks

Technician Aaron arrived within 2 hours of time we called for assistance. AC/Heating Unit was up and running promptly! Air Waves has no gimmicks, they were affordable, and courteous professionals!

Our old system that came with the house wasn't working. Ryan came out to assess it and could repair it but the cost was prohibitive given the unit's age. We were set on a Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. Airwaves gave us the best quote by far and were able to work around some installation challenges. The ductless mini splits are more costly but are super quiet and highly efficient, time will tell if we recoup the initial investment but we certainly like its performance. Very professional and personable group!

Recently had a GREAT experience with Air Waves. They repaired my AC in no time...I was very impressed mostly at their professionalism, they made me feel comfortable. I would and will highly suggest them to friends and family. A++ ALL AROUND!

What guy! Forget 5 stars, Ricky Epperson deserves atleast 10 ! Called on a Thursday evening and was at my home Friday morning... Determined what parts we needed, left and came back within a few hours and repaired our AC. Prices were EXTREMELY reasonable. He is a very nice, personable, honest, and professional man. Two thumbs way up for Ricky! Without hesitation will continue to recommend him.

My technician believe his name was Aaron Belmudes was Amazing!!! He was at my home within hours of me calling , and is a very knowledgeable technician he found out what was wrong with my unit in no time. I had 3 other ac company's come out and they could not find out the problem . I stongly recommend this ac company and I will be using them in the future for all my a.c. problems !!! Thanks Aaron for all your help . My family and I truely appreciate your service and respect for our home.

These guys are as down-to-earth and hard-working as they come. I have been using them for 3 or 4 years now to do maintenance on my system. They are always on time and seem to treat my A/C system as their own. I personally like the personal touch of vacuuming the main unit and the surrounding area as well. The tec who showed up; to fix my AC was extremely honest and professional. I did not get the impression, like I was being taken for a ride. The tec wore plastic on his shoes when walking in the home. I would not only use this Company again but would reccomend them anytime. The problem was a cheap fix and I had three other companies out to give estimates knowing prior what needed fixing all the other companies tried to fix more things than needed. Not Air Waves they handled it the right way. Very pleased with this company.
