Their guy came and gave me a runaround and threw some terms at me, thinking that I would just pay hundreds of dollars with no questions asked. I was somewhat doubtful, so I kept texting, asking for ETA, and got an appropriate response each time even though I was borderline annoying. All my doubts were dispersed when the boss showed up at the end of working hours and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Not only was he knowledgeable, explained the problem to me, and had a part we needed like a true professional, but he waited until he made sure everything was running as it should. The cost was significantly less than the first AC guy (cannot call him a professional), with a clear invoice documenting parts and labor. I will never look for another AC company. He assured us we are good to go for a while, still under warranty for parts that may go wrong and he saved us a lot of money!!! Professional, competent and knowledgeable, and most of all HONEST.
