Wow so happy to finally have found a professional organization to service my AC unit. Joshua was on time knowledgeable need very friendly and courteous. This will be my go-to company from here on out. Mostly because of the work performed by my service technician Joshua.

A/C doctor installed our system a few years ago and it has ran flawlessly since. We made the horrible mistake of chosing another company to do a check up and within an hour of them trying to sell me a new system, and right after they left my once working system just stopped.
We ended up calling A/C Doctor that night and got an actual English speaking caring person to talk to. In the morning we spoke with the office and the sent out their Tech Jessie. Not only was he professional, but really knew his job and enjoys doing it. We were so impressed that my wife called to office to tell them. He solved the problem, fixed the issue and our AC is running like new again.
We tried to go the cheap rout. This is Florida don't play games with your AC. This company is honest, fast, and do great clean work. We would recommend AC Doctor to anyone 10 stars hands down.

Jesse was great he was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing and diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. He made sure to inform our landlord of what needed to be done to ensure we were taken care of in the best possible way. He went above and beyond. Thanks to Jesse we now have ice cold air and don’t have to sit in a house that is 98 degrees in the middle of July. We highly recommend this company, thank you AC Doctor!

We called for an appointment on a drain line issue. Jesse the service technician responded and saw the problem right away. He explained in detail what needed to be done and fixed the problem. Jesse is knowledgeable, friendly, informative, receptive to your questions and organized. In closing, an overall good AC repair experience.

I have been preventive maintenance customer with AC Doctor for 3 years. Their employees are the nicest and most ethical guys you'll find ou there. The managers, maybe not. Today their technician came for a scheduled visit and after a good inspection he found a minor issue on the heater that probably was causing my bill to be high. He fixed it - basically just by exchanging one wiring connection - then called his manager to figure out if he was thinking right. As the ambient around me was silent and the technician was by my side, I WAS ABLE TO HEAR parts of the conversation. Basically the manager told him to not to solve my problem as this job would require extra analysis and extra quotes, and extra equipments, etc.... It was set up to create me difficulties so then they could charge to solve the problems. The employee turned rubbish in front of me. He finished the call confounded and disconcerted, and tried to find words to say that he could not do anything in my case. He had to reverse everything that he had done so far and told me to call the thermostat company (bought on Amazon) to find help as the issue was out of his scope of work. I kindly confronted him asking if A/C Doctor would be able to do that kind of work, he said "yes, you can call the company an request a quote for this"... At this point he still was balancing himself in a tight line between how to be ethical and to comply with his boss. I told him that I would make it easier for him by letting him know that "he still is the best AC technician I know", despite "I doubt I would ever hire his company services"... at this point is not a matter of how money I would be saving. It is about the principles upon you are weighting and treating your customers. I trusted AC Doctor for 3 years paying in advance for their preventive services. Thru the years I ended buying extra parts and services from them even thou my AC has ever been running nicely. Now, I start to doubt if all they sold me in the past was necessary or not.

TRUST YOU ONLY LOOSE ONCE. IT'S GONE.

Our service professional Jesse was extremely polite, highly motivated (I couldn't keep up with him if I tried! Lol), really knowledgeable, and helpful! He showed up early, just a couple hours after we called for help! Which this time of the year is surprising, we are extremely greatful. This is the second time we've used this company, which last time we got Orlando another one of their amazing AC magicians. Great service, well priced (considering how important AC is here in FL), hard working and dedicated service pros! Thanks again for your help and we'll definitely be signing up for the yearly service program with you guys!

First, we received a text message to inform us of our Tech’s pending on time arrival. Then Josh arrived just as the text noted. Josh was out going and professional from the first greeting. He assessed our AC system and reviewed his findings with me. Josh gave me some pointers and even walked through each room to ensure each vent was blowing properly. Josh sent an email with the before and after readings off his equipment for my records. Great interaction. I will definitely recommend A/C Doctor to anyone in need of HVAC repair needs.
